anyone knows?

i did 250mcg daily injected into the injured area for2 weeks. I would start there and if you dont notice it improving increase the dose.
yeah i dont think my injury is that bad, no tear, no ligament or tendon fucked up. at most it will be few weeks/max few months out of gym until im back on my own.

i have teared my bicep before which is why im so quick to pull the trigger on bpc-157 and tb i have like a hole in my bicep for years i wanna see if i can fix that


and you are talking about 250mcg of tb or 250mcg or bpc-157 daily?

ive looked at others posts in here, and they seem to deal with more serious stuff after getting surgery at around 3-5mg daily.

so i thought 500mcg ish daily wouldn't be too bad to run when looking at the severerity of my injury

did yall encouter extreme sharp pain in the elbow everytime moving it? its like i fucking sprained it or something

Now here’s the thing… these protocol numbers are the same for the glow/klow stack, and these are beauty regiments. You know damn well the BPC and TB is not maxed out. You would at least have to double it.

im planing to run

3mg tbc and 3mg bpc for 4 weeks ( 28 days ) using 84mg in 28 days.

then i use the rest for maintenance period so 500mcg daily for another 4 weeks

Yeah. Hey if you do decide to go 3mg on each please make a good log. All of us will be injured eventually and the community needs better information.

Truth of the matter is this that this stuff is so new there is room for experimentation. We are all just now getting first hand experience.

IMHO right after the GP gives you a diagnosis. I’d imagine you may decide to base your dosage off of the severity of the injury.

If you get good news you know you are in the 1-3mg range. Bad news will be the 3mg range.

Maybe give weekly update and also when major things happen… like when mobility without any discomfort returns.
 
was in the gym today.

at the end of my workout even tho i trained arms first my arm hurt like a bitch putting the weights down.


no physical signs of injury assess.

tested how i could make it come back after cardio.

hurts like im getting a super sore cold pain throughout my whole elbow.

tested doing tricep extensions just the movement not weihgted but there was no pain.

doing supinated bicep curl when my arm is fully extending until just at the start of flexing thats where the pain is at.

no visible sign of any injury. idk if anyone had this before? im gonna assess in 2-5 days if i'll add deca + bpc/tb for my trt.

would be help if anyone of u experienced this, im thinking its not a tendon injury but a bicep/brachialis strain maybe? hurts like a motherfucker

Definitely sounds like a tendon injury in your arms, it will typically present after your workout is done and start radiating through your arm starting from around the elbow

gp says ive managed to sprain my elbow 2 different places and torn my tricep tendon( i didnt even notice until i got to see the xrays )

he said it will heal by itself within a year or longer so im just gonna blast bpc and tb, then go to maintence, and order some more and blast even harder if it didnt help

current stack is just 3mg tb and 3mg bpc daily so far when it arrives

That sucks, but at least no tendon or ligament tears!

A year heal time… it will be interesting to see how much time the peptides will help recovery. Is there a follow up in 6 months or anything like that planned?

if theres any significant updates i will update in here. if nothing interesting has happened i will also inform in 6 months time.

also i have torn my tricep i wrote this. its very subtle. its like the tricep muscle closest to my elbow is smaller but overall its the same size as my other tricep.
 
update:

ive been back in the gym last 3 days.

was injured for a total lenght of little longer than a month.

been using bpc for the last 3 / ½ weeks.

im running currently 5mg bpc and 5mg tb-500 ed and first week of the protocol was 3mg of each daily. its still painful while training arms directly or where the arm is included(single arm cable rows or chest fly machine can fuck off).

but the pain has settled down alot and im feeling better from day to day training lightly the last 3 days.

So now i am back in the gym doing my pink 5kg dumb bell curls. i think another month of this and i will have made a full recovery.

i would probably have spent 2-3x the time healing if i didnt start bpc and tb. its like the pain got better from the day i started it and mobility came back instantly.

no more pain while lifting coffee mug
 
Awesome. So if mobility came back right away, these two must really do a number on inflammation.

I’m happy to hear you’ve made good progress. Remember to be smart and patient. I’ve heard (from people who’ve had the surgery) when you are back to about 80% be careful. You’ll think you are 100% again and you just aren’t.
 
its getting better day by day but im not full recovered yet.

for next time im defiently gonna keep alot of bpc and tb around. really impressed with it
 
i ran first month

5mg of each every day.

bumped down to 500mcg of each for maintenance and it just didnt cut it.

upped to 1mg of each for 1-2 weeks which helped but im still like 60-70% recovered.

gonna take another deload week and bump up to 4mg each daily hoping for a final push on recovery. ive decided to take @Ateam2023's anecedote of 3mg+ of bpc157 for being effective.

massive difference from 5mg each daily to 1mg of each. atleast i can trust this and go above 3mg and hopefully will see a effect.

5mg each let me workout with 16 sets a week 1mg each is just horrendous.

will do 4mg each for a week and start retraining probably from small weights and go up. hopefully i can further down the bpc and tb with this afterwards gradually.
gonna do 3days a week training just for maintenance instead of what 5mg each allowed me to do a full 6 days a week.

didnt expect this injury to be such a bummer

if i can give a tip to anyone. run as much as you can within 10mg for as fast recovery as possible. fuck these low dosages people push.

im defiently looking for raws so i can stock up and have a doomdays stash to homebrew some peptides once i get injured again
