Estimate how much muscle mass has been gained

Here are some physique comparisons, a little less than 2 years of bulking are between the furthest left and right.
How much muscle mass do you think has been added?
The weight is 87kg on the left, 93 in the middle, 101kg on the right. Cycles are basically the same. (Test, 300 masteron, 150mg tren)

1 year and 8 months apart

Great job overall mate; you got MUCH thicker AND leaner at the same time. I would easily estimate muscle gain to be around 14kg, if not a bit more, honestly. You must be fairly tall.

Thanks bro! Yeah that sounds about like what I thought. Just wanted to get some second opinions because I feel like I can’t trust myself to give objective feedback about muscle gain about myself hahaha.
Over 6 feet so need a lot of pounds to make a difference visually

What stands out the most right away is the definition, nice deep cuts, clear separation of muscle groups, like a much higher muscle density and very clean. Diced!
Appreciate it man, yeah as the muscles get bigger, the same body fat really seems to show the definition and lines much better. So for places lacking the definition/density, just need more mass I suppose

Excellent job. With bodyweight alone it is extremely difficult to even estimate muscle gain. I think having before and after measurements of each body part to compare as well would help to give a more accurate picture. Also consider muscle and lean body mass are not the same. As far as pure muscle, you have definitely made progress though.

Actual muscle, around 10kg. The rest is glycogen and water in the muscles.

Very aesthetic, classic physique. You should be proud, you've clearly worked very hard!

this is a good idea, I will start that before this off season fasted for a week to get an average to compare next time

This is also a very reasonable estimate. 10lbs difference from angus & my own guesses. This is definitely why I asked, it’s such a difficult thing to speculate about

Sounds good. Once your off-season is complete I recommend fasting for the same period of time before retaking the measurements.

No idea, just stopping by to say great transformation.

Specially loving to see that you didn’t destroy your health with crazy cycles.
Thanks for the kind words. Well, body building takes time right, and if you don’t have your health you can’t do it. I still consider it not small cycles though, so definitely do bloods several times a year.

Yeah absolutely, wish I would’ve done this right at the end of the cut though, but it is what it is and I’ll have to make due with the information being slightly off

Great progress! You've gained solid weight while getting leaner and more defined. What are your goals moving forward?

Are you still working with Luki?

Thank you! Next year I will begin competing and eventually my goal is a classic pro card. Obviously this will require more time based on where I am at. So the plan is to grow one more time, prep, compete in August 2026 and then reassess based on my condition/proximity to weight cap/competitiveness. I think I should get pretty close to the cap but not meet it if I bring some crazy conditioning— which I would like to do.

Yes I am still working with luki. Another coach & an ifbb open competitor messaged me on a different platform to inquire about my coaching situation, but Im very happy with the progress I am making with luki and trust that this collaboration is right for me, so I will continue collaborating with him for the foreseeable future.
