I think I'll probably stick to reta just because I'm scared of switching to tirze and having to deal with that destroyed super slow digestion. I shit so good on reta too xD
Plus the study I have just read about the superior insulin sensitivity of reta has kinda turned me on.
26% increase insulin sensitivity of tirze Vs close to 50% on reta. Jesus Christ fucking awesome
I'm on 10mg. Thank you for always being available on here. yeah I have seen Tirzepatide's price drop significantly since I started buying it. Kinda feel like I got ripped off now that prices are so low lol.
Your consideration of the protocol being easier to maintain off just 1 compound is definetly right, something I didn't think of.
It's not like I have a ton of weight left to loose, just another 5-7lbs to reach 10% bf and I'll be good to maintain, as long as my appetite is under control. If I was to then start bulking would it be fine to jump around the Tirz dose? If I loose more weight I think that even on 15mg I could eat in a surplus no problem, even enjoy it. But depending on how long I push the bulk and if I add some other drugs in the future I maybe will find myself having to lower the dose to eat enough. Would it be an issue to bounce between 12.5-20mg let's say or is it fine?
Is the superior insulin sensitivity at equivalent dosages? I only need 2.5mg tirz for some reason and I've been super obese in the past.
Doesn't Reta make your muscles more flat than Tirz?

Novo's Wegovy Cuts Cardio Risk by 57% Versus Tirzepatide
Novo Nordisk’s Wegovy has been on a winning streak as of late, with a metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis approval last month and prime position in the oral obesity race.www.biospace.com
One of cats i cared for passed and we had to give insulin shots. The glp dose would be lower. If the vet doesn’t jump on board or keep up with the science, you could self administer a cat micro dose. The doctors simply tell you they are expiriemwnring anyways. I would imagine quite a few of us are more up to date and intelligent than some vets. It is a job though for your cats healthThis might be a little off-topic but I didn’t want to start a new thread. @Ghoul, you once mentioned that GLP-1 had been studied in cats, right? Were there specific “GLP-1” type drugs used? I took my cat in for labs today and he was diagnosed with diabetes. For now, they suggested either insulin or some of the newer drugs like Bexacat or Senvelgo. I just want to ask the vet about GLP-1 as an option, if that’s even possible of course.
I'm interested in the literature for 8-12mg. I've seen people state 4mg-8mg but haven't been able to find anything to read up on what it's based on.On the other hand, very very few are getting to 8mg and 12mg top doses of Reta, where the glucagon benefits actually manifest and burn fat faster than the caloric deficit alone would. If Luke can get to those levels, and accepts the cost of those doses of Reta, he might get the appetite suppression he needs and a bonus of a couple hundred calories burning off each day effortlessly, But that's a maybe and Tirz is working for him for sure, he just needs to increase the dose.
Has anyoene else experienced that their Tirzepatide or other GLP1 feels more powerfull when more diluted? Some time ago I was going trough some 5mg vials (seller sent me the wrong size vials), so I was doing 2 whole vials every injection (10ml). using 1ml for each vial so I was injecting 2ml each time. Then I got the 40mg ones and so I was diluting to 0.5ml per 10mg dose, and it felt less potent (tho I assumed it was just me loosing weight maybe). Then I tried reconstituting the same 40mg vials @1ml per 10mg injection and it's been feeling stronger. I'll try to dilute the next vial at 2ml/10mg and see if I get a even better effect (I'll have to get some sterile vials tho becaise the Tirz vial only holds 3ml)

Nice one mate, don’t hear much about mazdutide3 week mark on Mazdutide.
Currently on 6mg per week. I am starting to get decent appetite suppression now. It's quite different to semaglutide appetite suppression which is a locked down stomach feeling. It's like I have an inhibition to eat. My stomach is definitely effected but it's not like semaglutide.
Interesting stuff. Also different to tirzepatide which didn't effect my stomach as much but mentally seemed to disincentivise me. I don't seem to be getting the same fatigue issues with mazdutide as I did with tirzepatide. However I've been battling a flu lately and my diet has been very poor.
As for blood sugar control I think it's great. Before I started I did 100g of glucose based lollies and checked my blood sugar 30 mins later which got to 8.2mmol.
Did the same thing yesterday on mazdutide and I got to 6.1mmol. My fasting glucose seems fine around 4.8mmol.
Current stack is 125mg/week test E, 100mg/week nandralone and 2iu HGH per day.
Heart effects have been fine. I have dropped my metoprolol succinate dose to 25mg and only have 12.5mg metoprolol tartrate before bed. Pretty much half what I was taking on Retatrutide to calm my heart. Maybe I am used to the glucagon effect?
Resting heart rate (over night) is up 2 bpm from 60.
So far so good. Currently 108kg on the dot. Should be going down from here.
good on you mate. Glad you found something that's working for you.3 week mark on Mazdutide.
