Giant Semaglutide Thread (and other GLP-1 / GIP agonists)

Anyone here exited about Bioglutide coming soon on the market? An oral quadruple receptor agonist (GLP1, GIP, Glucagone and IGF1)
Once it arrives to UGLs Imma try it 100%

I believe Jay Campbell is selling it next week

I know its an oral, small molecule so I am concerned about the liver. Eli Lilly is having problems with their Orforglipron small-molecule glp

1st week at 3mg tirz , definately some G.I slowdown, especially because i increased fats from very low to 50g.
I can still crush food but it just sits in my stomach and I cant sleep at night

going to do a little metamucil and peg everyday, and try to distribute my more of my kcals to the morning

Metamucil works wonders for digestion and staying regular but …. Careful with amount as it can cause more constipation as well.

I think the human trials showed no hepatotoxicity and no change in cholesterol, trygicerides, liver enzimes and lipids

is it good to take with glps? dont know if itll hurt me or help me during the tirz slow down.
my appetite is still very high, not really getting a full sensation, only thing slowing me down is my stomach

I never really can tell since i think i absorb my food unusually well

i didnt shit for weeks on carnivore last year , ended up getting a colonscopy and it was clear

Id be super careful taking any large amounts of fibre on a GLP1.

The stomach emptying is slower. That's why you have a sore stomach upon waking. It's best not to eat a big meal before bed.

Pushing more fibre down your throat might not end well. For me I've found greek yoghurt, oats and rockmelon are relatively easy to digest of a night if I have to eat something. Otherwise eat something light without a ton of fat/protien.

It’s a staple for me. It helps it come out let’s just say, it’s not like it’s a laxative, where your constantly running to the bathroom, just more of a I don’t have to strain or hold the side of the toilet lol.

Worth a try …

Yes. There's a brief period of adjustment to it, but with and without GLPs it's excellent for your digestive health.

Use it consistantly and you'll never want to go back to not using it.

I think I accidentally injected injected 12.5mg of Tirz IM instead of SubQ.
I usually could just pinch the fat and inject, but now that I'm leaner idk how deep I should push the needle. Last few times I only put 1/2 of the needle in, but I was afraid the injection was too shallow and I was injecting in the skin, not in the fat, so this time I went at a 45° andle and put 3/4 of the needle in but it didn't make a bubble under my skin like it usually does, so it must have went IM.
Can it be a problem?

No. It'll change timing of onset and potentially intensity of sides a bit. That's about it.

As a water based compound, it absorbs pretty quickly from anywhere. It's duration isn't from a slow absorbing oil base, but a "lipid linker" tail that attaches the molecule to albumin, which is slowly filtered out over 25 days or so by the kidneys,

So your sayin you get a bubble under skin everytime you inject subq ? I use a 30g 5/16 and inject slow, leave it in for about 8-10 secs after bottomed out, pull out and massage with the alcohol pad I cleaned with. Hardly ever can feel a bubble where I injected.

yeah well it's the liquid. injecting 0.5-1ml afterwards I see the bubble for 30min-1h until it is absorbed.
