Why are these people pinning anything? Leave the primo out of the occasion, there are so many things wrong with that bloodwork he probably shouldn't even be on TRT without the 4 fucking ml of primo, let alone with it.

You are literally sending us the results of low E2, ABSOLUTELY crashed SHBG which RAISES E2 and double the top of the range FT which yet again RAISES E2 just to end up at what is considered close to crashed E2 on A HUNDRED AND EIGHTY MG OF TEST AND 3IUs OF GH which yet again RAISES E2.

We've been nice for a solid 10 pages. Then you started getting ridiculous.
Every question has been answered and explained to the fullest, suggestion have been made. You straight up dismiss your own bloodwork, not much more we can do.
You can see with your own set of eyes what's happening. You have a regimen and bloodwork of someone at double, tripple the top of the range for E2 and still get VERY LOW E2 results and argue there no inhibition going on,.
Dude, ffs, just look at your E2 reading if you don't have the braincells to proccess the more complicated stuff. Your E2 is fucking 23. That is a low reading. No ifs, no buts, no discussion possible.
You have low E2 on enough test for 2 genuine male TRTs and enough free T for 4-5 men.
YOu are on pretty high sports trt with HGH and have borderline crashed E2. If you can't just see that you indeed are retarded.

It is my understanding that DHT lowers SHBG. Primo has always lowered it significantly for me. It is my understanding that this is typical behavior, and a quick search of Pubmed shows a number of studies to that effect, they are based on bioidentical DHT and not manufactured derivatives.
I am taking rosuvastatin and telmisartan.
I have not dismissed my own blood work. This is not true.

I found that running Test & EQ at 200:200 keeps my E2 mid reference range but at 500:500 my E2 is in the toilet and my joints hurt so bad I couldn't even train so be careful if you ever increase your dose. You may find the primo overpowers the test at higher doses like EQ did for me. Or even the opposite.
So do you have bloodwork on same/similar Test regimen without the Primo?
The TRT clinic I use does this in house. They do not use Quest or Labcorp. I would have to get it from them.
At this point however, I'm willing to listen to other arguments. To me, estradiol is in range. Perhaps this was the wrong way to look at it. I put my blood work out there in its entirety not to invite mockery, but to foster discussion, legitimate criticism and offers of assistance.
