Why does HGH cause you to lose more abdominal fat in comparison to naturally?

Why does HGH cause you to lose more abdominal fat in comparison to naturally?
And does this mean that other parts of your body will hold more fat, since more loss is coming from the abdominal area, or will eveywhere else get just as lean as naturally, just abdomen would be even leaner?

You will not lose more total fat than the amount of caloric deficit you're in will allow. If you lose more visceral fat other areas of fat will be lost more slowly. The free fatty acids released from fat have to be used as energy or they will be redeposited somewhere.

So GH only/mostly helps with the loss visceral fat, not subq?
If you have very little to no visceral fat, does GH aid in fat loss at all apart from helping preserve lean mass?

Yes it just reduces visceral fat preferentially. As the total amount of visceral fat goes down, more sub-q fat will start to be reduced.

HGH promotes fat breakdown in both visceral and subcutaneous tissues but preferentially reduces visceral fat due to its higher receptor sensitivity and metabolic activity.
Visceral adipocytes (fat cells) have more growth hormone receptors and are more metabolically active than subcutaneous fat cells.

Perfect appreciate both, Thanks.

Human recombinant growth hormone (rhGH) orchestrates the diminution of abdominal adiposity via a multifarious modulation of lipolytic pathways. Upon receptor interaction, rhGH triggers a sophisticated cascade of signaling that activates hormone-sensitive lipase, mobilizing fatty acids from adipocytes for oxidative metabolism, thereby effecting a notable reduction in visceral fat.

  1. Volume of Distribution (Vd):Vd=C0D
  2. Clearance (Cl):Cl=AUCF⋅D
  3. Half-life (t½):t1/2=Cl0.693⋅Vd
  4. Concentration-Time Profile:C(t)=VdD⋅e−λt
  5. Rate of Lipolysis:dtdF=kL⋅F
These equations succinctly encapsulate the pharmacokinetic intricacies governing rhGH’s metabolic efficacy.

From my understanding it should help you stay leaner in a surplus / not gain as much fat in a surplus? Am I right in saying fat gain under GH in a caloric surplus is lower overall, but the fat that is gained may skew slightly more toward visceral rather than subcutaneous?

If you keep your glucose levels down with a reasonable dose, which in turn keeps insulin down, any fat you put on in a surplus will be tilted toward subcutaneous not visceral.

Think 20 year old "can eat anything" metabolism / body composition vs 40 year old who develops a protruding dad gut by looking at a slice of pizza.

A GLP can really help in this regard by maintaining insulin sensitivity while on rHGH.
