Personal log from first cycle

little update, training is still the same, like maniac drenched in sweat and smelling like hormones :D

ive been dealing with new issue (or 2 rathee) in last few days....
hunger is unstoppable... i mean, its almost midnight and i couldnt resist the urge to have small amount of pasta before bed. i ate nor even 2 hours ago.. i wake up hungry and im hungry for whole day.
farts are straight from hell itself ofc. very bad.

fullness in gym with pump is bit stupid. i look like i grew compared to last week :D

weight is at 82,5 +-, morning fasted. my lowest was 76, peak cut. after adding hgh it jumped to 78.

so im up 4,5kg so far over a month or so. lot of water.

2 days ago friend pinned my lovely ass with 250mg test so this is week 1 of "growth phase". plan is to do 16 or 20 weeks on test. i may increase it to 750 around 8-10 weeks, depending on progress. or maybe it will stay at 500.

if i wont get too fat i will push it longer.
another option is anadrol for last 4 weeks, in both lenght scenarios. just to satisfy my curiosity. again, plenty of time to decide.

soooo 16 weeks will end at 18. of january and 20 weeks will end at 15. of february.

cut after so i can be in shape for summer, on cruise dose only + hgh and tirz. then sprinkle var for summer hopefully.

i will check bloods around 8-10 weeks to see if everything is okay and im good to continue.

on 500mg my AI dose was 1/2 pill of aromasin 25mg, 3x per week. i will start with 2x per week so 25mg total and retest, probably.

hopefully appetite will stay with me until the end, i will be injury free and make some progress. i guess it wont be lean bulk, i wanna eat when appetite is there. wont be eating shit foods ofc.
 
little update...

i got bloodwork results back. cbc is still good, no thick blood. lipids got somehow worse??? during cruise... weird but ldl will be fixed by microdose of rosuvastatin, 5mg 4x per week, eod basicly. i will
keep that for whole blast.
hdl is low but it is what it is.

my e2 was skyhigh. i suspect that it is from
TNE shots. so i popped some aromasin already. i will be takin 2x25mg of it per week on this 500mg blast. that should put me into male reference range without crashing it.

i had some signs that it is high, like oily skin on forehead/nose, no libido (again), water retention and bloating, hunger was extremne etc. mentally there is no difference for me.

after this weekend i stepped up on scale and it showed 85,5kg. quite big jump... im full as fuck, renegeration is awesome, strong in gym, every workout i hit small PRs, like one rep there, some weight here...

yesterday i had quite intense and long pull workout but today i cant feel any soreness at all. im not sure if thats the sign that i should increase training volume a bit so i will be at least little bit sore from it or if its fine. with more mg and kcals, enough sleep, i think regeneration is amazing.

anyway. i attached few recent pics from last few days, bloodwork results, some recent morning bp reading etc.

also, ive added 1mg of bpc157 daily. not sure why, i have it so maybe it will drive my crp down a bit.

also, i think i need to back down on eating a bit. maybe bump up the reta to 2x2mg per week, add 3x20min cardio and evening walks cause i dont wanna end up as fatass, again.

Also soreness is not indication of how much should u train or not train its just kinda limiting factor when there is too much of it… if u progress at rate u like dont change a thing
 
The no libido is likelely form the low shbg as well

thats what i think also. but i like to train, i like to spend time in gym and if i could away with doin more... that would be nice :D

during cut my regeneration was shit. legs were sore for 6 days ussually and i train them every 7 days so...
 
Unforunetlly volume is trail and error take into consideration sleep and other activities if u progress ur good if u suddenly stop or even regress its likely too much

sleep, i have plenty of that. 8-9h every night, naps during weekend, not much activity other than gym.
i will try to push a bit more and will see how i feel after. i can always go back.

Should be reversable in early stages Idk where is the tipping point, or just grow some milkers go for surgery and blast ment,

im glad that i can sleep like baby. saturday this weekend i didnt workout cause i slept for 12h. woke up too late and got work scheaduled. i had to switch pullday to sunday. cause i sleep :D i think its kind of superpower.

e2 should be lower now so hopefully it wont grow further. also im not 100% sure if its gyno. its like super small lump but not under nipple, more like 2-3cm right from it. bit painfull to the touch.

i dont mind it tbh. visibly i cant see it (yet). if it will grow, i will go to surgery. i calculated with this scenario when i decided to start blasting. so many guys have gyno in some shape or form. some from juice but i know guys with pubertial gyno, IRL its pretty normal thing and people dont care about it.

about trainin, i hit everything twice per week except legs. that may also change to 2x per 8 days (PPL R and repeat)
 
sooo ive tried adding more sets. especially for chest, 2 more heavy sets on db press and one more on incline smith machine press, but every excercise went to assisted failure. i had more rest time between sets and honestly, i could do more probably.

still hitting small pr's every workout. rep here, bit of weight there... its nice. maxed out pecdeck machine, cable stations for tricep pushdowns but i still have trouble feeling my tricep. idk what to do with it... its small and weak, maybe thats also why my pressing movements are shit compared to pulling ones.

friend snapped couple of pics when room was empty. after chest & delts, good pump. abs are gone, midsection is bloated AF but it is what it is. i dont like this full look that much (appart from delts), i wanna more veins and chiseled look but its needed for growth.

ive tried to watch vids how to do some basic poses but .. im clueless (as you can see). nevermimd, i dont plan to step on stage.

btw gyno confirmed. friend that is experienced in this issue gently touched my nipples and found very small lump, pea sized or smaller. but its there.

now im not sure if its fresh or if its been there before. buuut at the end of the day it doesnt matter. surgery will happen at some point... hopefully it wont grow bigger now.

also, i almost forget, i have some nolvadex in stast. i could find some protocol for it and try to make it go away. if its fresh it could work.
