Thanks!
I wonder if there is even a point in running 2mg/kg or less.
At that dose you would still have to diet rather long, meaning likely getting catabolic at some point, whereas the DNP-blitzing could mean you can push and pull your calories harder and (perhaps) gain more lean mass if everything is timed well. Not sure I would go as low as @mrsoppyboo, but I think the general strategy is intriguing and not really replicable with other drugs like Reta.
Still not convinced about the safety though, for obvious reasons.
I checked and you can test for oxidative stress with simple MDA pee sticks, or 8-isoprostane or 8-oxodG markers, when doing bloodwork.
Maybe this could be applied as a safety measure? If oxidative stress is what causes the cataract, wouldn't that be pretty much dose independent of DNP, if the OS is properly managed?
@mrsloppyboo, could you maybe check that for us and post the results, and again later with no DNP, to get a baseline reading? It would be awesome to get a reading at 900mg. Do you specifically up the cardio, given that your overall metabolic rate is raised?
What other issues do arise with higher doses of DNP, assuming you don't run too hot?
Is anyone running this with Clen? Seems the obvious thing to do, and to keep the DNP dose in a lower range.
Wait, I can't eat 150g of carbs in one meal? How much can I eat if running 2-4mg/kg?
