How long can I run DNP?

I’m on week 3. Did 5 days 250, 7 days 400mg and finishing it off with 500mg powder DNP. I’m exhausted. Lethargy and water weight are real. The heat sucks but is manageable. I want to extend my cycle and get even leaner. Does the body build a tolerance to DNP? I hear different things from different people

But you're also taking 900mg which just seems a bit high. I read a case report where an 18 year old died after taking 1g DNP for three days straight. You're a brave man. I can somewhat handle 400mg but I bumped to 600mg for one day and never again. Everything I did had me sweating
I’m going back down to 600 for the work week. Then 900 agajn the next weekend then done. I can’t function on 900

I can't seem to find @Type-IIx DNP risk - reward document/notes, getting a 404 error. Is there any way to view, rly interested in his take and analysis on DNP
Yes bro, I have moved my content delivery to https://typeiix.substack.com and can tell you that this risk/reward profile will return very soon as part of a collection of really well-presented risk/reward profiles for compounds used in bodybuilding

Ive done a few 250 ed runs. This is the most Id recommend

Dnp definately seems to have health benefits, better insulin , glucose levels

According to my lab results, health markers in general are better after a run of this stuff

Ive ran it before once in offseason , after a mass gaining phase to try and shave some fat off, not any where near a competition and didnt lose really body fat. More than likely best to be strict on this , with not too many carbs due to overheating of course

Done it with insulin in mprep, and it was a diaster , never again

Low dose for specific and general health markers is something I beleive in

Its insulin sensitizing effects are on par with Aspirin bro, let's not hold out an industrial poison and dye used in explosives manufacturing as healthy.

DNP was a diet pill that was pulled from the shelves in the same era as cocaine-containing Coca Cola, heroin-containing Laudanum, etc.

If anything this underscores the perils of rose-tinted interpretations of small changes on bloodwork, and human cognitive biases. Pattern identification is what our brains are good at; accurately gauging confidence, grokking the meaning of random – much less so.

Please be careful with higher doses and longer run times. I lost a shit ton of weight but it wasn’t worth it.

I went blind. I developed serious cataracts. All I could see was white. Happened VERY quickly. Thankfully my job was coincidentally working for an eye surgeon. So I was able to get them removed. I also developed peripheral neuropathy and my feet and half my legs went numb. This all happened about 5 years ago. I’m just now getting feeling in my feet again.

I started tirzep and lost an equal amount of weight, no side effects, helped with inflammation, etc. DNP isn’t worth it.

May I ask what dose were you using and what was you're weight if you don’t mind me asking?

stay on 200mg maximum for 4 weeks don’t take much risk
200 mgs eod is much more comfortable, especially when paying attention to carbohydrates, and heat

250 mgs ed isn't that fun. Soaking the pillows. Having to not go over certain amount of carbs in one meal

Never done 200 mgs. By the time I got 200 mgs , I already decided on eod dosing

I lasted two days at 900mg. It was hell. Now I have chest veins. Worth it

There is some good information here from our very own @Type-IIx

this thread was a roller coaster. early on page 4 i was 50/50 if this was going to eventually be submitted as evidence postmortem.

i’m pretty liberal with all things bio-hacking related, i just don’t get the allure of DNP. or what it brings to the table with what we have available right now.
