Mine shows basically the same. But the tracking number just shows package yet to be received.

Does it show as Completed and/or a tracking number?

I'm waiting to receive my first order from these guys but mine seems to be moving normally. I'm curious what happened differently for you than me.

When I check my status, it says "Order #xxxx was placed on September xx, 2025 and is currently Completed" and "Order picked up by Parcelsapp on September xx, 2025 Tracking code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Pct.zone took my payment but never shipped the product.
It’s been over 30 days now, and despite multiple attempts to reach them through Telegram and email, I’ve only received an automated or pre-written responses.
At this point, it appears this vendor may have scammed me.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to recover my funds or a contact person I can reach out to?

Interesting. When I first ordered I had X tracking number. 10 days later PCT (Ben) emailed me and said Emirates changed the tracking number to Y. Y got stuck in NY. Now the reship tracking is same exact tracking number as X.

When I track X via the tracking website, it shows all the history of Y (stuck in NY).

Hello I just recently ordered didn’t get any confirmation

I ordered a couple weeks ago from india warehouse to USA and it was being shipped to UAE first and then to USA. Im coming up on 12 days now and UAE still hasn't received the pack yet. Between this forum and another one Ive read it usually takes 7 days to complete the first leg to UAE, was there a delay initial delay in sending the pack to UAE first? I got tracking the next day after placing my order

Typically, parcels arrive in the UAE within 7 days, where they receive their initial scan. However, recent delays with Emirates have resulted in scans not updating for up to 20 days. We have communicated with Emirates, and they believe that this situation will improve shortly.

Checked my emails this morning and saw a new message from PCT with a new tracking number. Now we play the waiting game again. Hopefully I don't get seized twice.

I have 6 orders that rolled in without a hicup, some longer than others. These boys do a pretty good job on emails also. What your getting and the price point its a win situation.
