MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT.ZONE - USA/EU/UK/INT Generic Pharma

I ordered a couple weeks ago from india warehouse to USA and it was being shipped to UAE first and then to USA. Im coming up on 12 days now and UAE still hasn't received the pack yet. Between this forum and another one Ive read it usually takes 7 days to complete the first leg to UAE, was there a delay initial delay in sending the pack to UAE first? I got tracking the next day after placing my order

Mine took longer than usual this last order as well sat waiting to be picked up by UAE 10 days where before I've seen 5 max. I will say I did reach out to PCTZ with an email after the 5 day mark expressing my concern not even picked up yet. They responded kindly and advised taking a bit longer currently but all will be ok.

4 or 5 days later it moved. I will say this once it moved from UAE it went very fast and in fact faster than usual to get to New York. Overall less than 24 total days from time of order to complete/full order delivered from International to USA (hctz, proviron, nebivolol, telmisartan, modafinil, primo). Not too bad!

I am not trying to fan boy, but PCTZ did send out notices and publish banners on their sites that September shipping was going to be a shit show, more or less. And much of that was still trickling into early October orders as well. This is my take based on what I've read, researched, seen from PCT Z, and based on my own overall very good experiences with them. I believe things are starting to settle and UAE is back running full speed and they have most of the "new" way kinks worked out.

Has anyone ever have their package reach the States and then it was returned to Dubai and resent back to the states? Just an accident on the sorters side?

I have two India through UAE packs from vendors moving right now and both appear to have a scan in New York followed by a scan in UAE, then 3 days later a scan in New York again. It doesn’t mention returning in any way but the scans don’t line up the way I expected. No other reason to believe there is an issue that I can tell, so if that is what yours has done, may be a glitch.

I had two earlier this month that glitched on the tracking. Don't know the exact thing that happened - but the tracking showed them both flying from Europe to the US - twice.

Since one showed up before the other, I assume the tracking #'s got confused somewhere and one was actually on one flight, and the other was on the next one.

But is sure looked funny when one was showing cleared customs and then the next day showing leaving EU...

When shipping via Emirates, the first scan occurs upon arrival of the parcel in the UAE. We dispatch the parcel as soon as we notify customers, but please note that it typically takes around 7 to 10 days for a tracking update to become available.

This is the same for every order.

I’m having an issue with packages from uae hitting my regional distribution than going to a completely wrong post office and then back to regional and to the same post office again. I called and tried to see what’s going on and they are saying something about the barcode when the machine is sorting at the distribution. Idk if I’m gonna get my package or not.

I had the same issue. My package circled around me for about three weeks. 8 called my local post office and they had to call thr post office is was last at and try to put a stop to the package and re label it. They said the label and barcode was messed up. Unfortunately PCT was no help and I got it figured out myself....

Ugh yeah I went out of my way to get the one package now a second one is doing the same thing. Complete pain in the ass. It all depends on who you talk to as well cause some of them just say it will circle around and get to you and I’m trying to tell them no it’s been to your post office three times now something is wrong. Idk but it’s enough to make me not wanna order for sure unless it’s India post shipping

Ya 100%. My post office manager was super good and when I made a claim he called me back an hour later and told me he would call the office and get it tracked down. The next day my package updated and said it was being held and I received it in two days after. Definitely a pain to deal with especially when you spend over 1k and its just circling your state.....

When an order contains a large quantity or numerous controlled items that cannot be safely shipped in a single parcel, we must split the shipment into two for the customer's safety and request a second shipping charge. In this instance, we assure you that we do not profit from this additional charge; in fact, the actual shipping cost may exceed what we charge.

Regarding the delay in shipping the order, while we investigated the reasons for the ten-day hold, we did not account for the timing of the order in relation to the discount code offer. Had we been informed that the customer missed the opportunity to apply the discount code at that point, we could have accommodated that request.

We are confident that we can reach a compromise regarding the missed discount. If @buffaloindierock can reach out to our help team with the order number for further assistance.
I appreciate you addressing this. I'm not looking for a discount or coupon code, and of course, one wouldn't go unappreciated, and I'm not even mad that I missed the sale. If things had gone normally, nothing would be different other than my order would have been dispatched much sooner. I'd have missed the sale and shrugged it off.

It's just frustrating to find out that no attempt was made to dispatch the paid part of the order or contact me to request the remaining funds until I reached out. The timing of the sale just added insult to injury, as was reading on Telegram how people purchased during the sale AND got their orders dispatched before I did.

But to be honest, it was frustrating to know that if I used an affiliate code or the September coupon, it would've taken enough off the top to cover the additional shipping and then some. To be asked for the $30 right in the middle of the promotion who's savings would have more than covered the additional shipping, I felt like an absolute chump.

You have the opportunity to look at this situation and possibly improve your process for all. You didn't ask for it, but here are my suggestions:

1. Improve the communications and process internally. Someone should have seen that there was an order on hold, that no tickets were started to address the issue, and then someone should have reached out to the customer. If you have this process already in place, then hopefully you will address why it failed.

2. I ordered Morr-F, which I had no idea came in giant cartons and this was at the root of needing the second shipment. It would improve the process for the customer if certain items could be flagged in the system so that they can pay the additional fee upfront. Alternatively, if you are able to repack bulky cartons, like Morr-F, it would allow for larger orders in fewer parcels, with less shipping hassles for you. You repack other things very well, and nothing's ever arrived to me in poor condition. I know you can do a good job at this if this option is on the table.

3. Understand that when you request additional money after the transaction, that a lot of us don't have BTC sitting in our wallets and we buy/exchange it on an as-needed basis. So buying an additional $30 worth of BTC unexpectedly is going to incur a cost on the customer's part. It was an added cost and added hassle.

4. The mismatched hCG. Stockouts happen, I know. You take a lot of orders, systems don't sync up and mistakes happen. Unfortunately I got a brand of the product I consciously chose not to order and even though the difference was only $1.58 for each item, it's not like that showed up on my account as a credit. It's just very bad form.

I'm sorry for putting this up on a message board for all to read, but I think others deserve to know to be mindful that the system doesn't do a perfect job in calculating shipping for non-pill products, and that unforeseen issues can arise. If one isn't getting notice that their order has closed, or they don't have tracking yet, it's completely reasonable to reach even though it's only been a few days since ordering, and reaching out early is generally discouraged.

gotta be way more succinct

Has anyone used Hydroxyzine hcl for anxiety? I have a benzo script but looking for something additional as I have to be careful how I take those, it's been 12 years and I've managed not to get addicted. But I have really bad anxiety.

I've done the research but was hoping to hear from real people's experiences. I know about some of the other meds but I'm curious about this. One this I hate is medicine induced grogginess and that seems to be a common side.

Hopefully someone has some experience they can share.

I gotta say my last experience with PCTzone really sucked compared to all the other times:

- Sept 3 - Placed order. Was charged $45 shipping since it was a bigger order.

- Sept 13 - I notice that they never sent me an "order complete" confirmation, and my order was still processing. I send them a message. Same day they announce a 15% off sale. Pissed I missed it, but oh well. It happens.

- Sept 16 - They tell me "oh, we need another $30 because we need to send 2 boxes"
Cool dude - when were you planning on telling me this? I pay the ransom because I understand that if they need two boxes, it'll cost more. Just...I dunno..fucking tell me maybe?

- Sept 18 - My order closes and they send me tracking

- Sept 26 - It makes it to the first checkpoint (not going to mention due to opsec). Seems like they sent it on Sept. 19 from India based on typical times.

- October 2 - My box arrives...with half of my order. I reach out and ask "where's the other box?" they give me a tracking. Tracking says that it arrived at first checkpoint on October 2. Based on their own expected shipping times this means they dispatched it, likely, on Sept. 25. Why didn't they fly together?

- October 14 - 2nd package arrives. Order complete.

Order issue: I ordered Fertigyn 10,000iu HCG, they send me EUTRIG. Not a huge deal, but Eutrig is cheaper and I didn't like it as much as I like Fertigyn.

****

Look, the shipping went amazing. I know that this whole thing can take 2 months or more due to issues with customs, shipments just sitting at the port, weather...I understand all of those things. I also understand that my order required a second box, so they wanted me to pay more money. I was told that I'd only have to pay $30 instead of $45 and that "they were losing money on the transaction" - I'm grateful for that, but that was never at issue...

What just pissed me off was that they hung onto my order, never contacted me or anything until I reached out. Then, they dispatched my order at the same time that they'd have likely dispatched it if I ordered during the 15% off sale.

The standard advice is "give it 30 days and then reach out" - if I took this advice and reached out 30 days in, it feels like I would have learned then that they never dispatched it.

Maybe I slipped through the cracks. Whatever. It just felt pretty shitty to have my order sit until I reached out. It also felt pretty shitty, even though it was only a few bucks, that they didn't pack the HCG brand I ordered. It also felt pretty shitty to see people who ordered and got to use the 15% off code get their shipments on the day or even before I did.
I don’t like Eutrig either, it makes me cough the same way chinese hcg does.

We value and appreciate your feedback. I have spoken with our warehouse team regarding the importance of keeping our customers updated, and we will work on improving our communication moving forward.

We will work on developing a more efficient system for determining when a second parcel is necessary. Our intention is not to impose any additional charges on our customers unless absolutely required.

Thank you for your input.

Ordered from indian warehouse to USA and had it touchdown in 3 weeks. No hiccups. Took around 12 days for tracking to start working at first since it was passed through the UAE, but after that it started working. All items have at least 2 years until expiry and I got accurate quantities unlike some other indian vendors *cough*.

Xanax is only good for panic attacks not generalized anxiety. Hydroxyzine is good but very mild and more mental.

If it’s GAD your gonna wanna talk to a doc about daily Prozac or something
