Every lab’s method deviates a little in the way IGF-1 is calculated, based on equipment and protocol. Z is the most precise measurement of where your IGF is compared to normal.
-2 to +2 physiologic range
0 - average

> +2 maybe acromegaly (+3 before a concern)
Two tests less than -1, with symptoms of low GH (hard to build muscle, low energy/mood, midsection fat etc) might be a sign of “partial adult growth hormone deficiency” some leading edge endocrinologists will prescribe rHGH for.

Remember this is outside of treatment guidelines, so insurance isn’t going to pay. Hopefully it’ll be in the next revision so it can be covered. Because of legal restrictions on GH prescriptions, an endo has to diagnose a deficiency.
You need a “Functional endocrine clinic”, or contact pituitary.org for a referral to a specific practitioner who deals with partial, symptomatic adult GH deficiency.

Baseline was 84 natty. When I added Test E it bumped up to 118, and after that I introduced HGH and the numbers started climbing like an elevator with no brakes. Right now I’m sitting at a solid “mid-physique” 175-180 lbs at 5’9. Putting on size has never really been the issue for me, but the goal changed. I used to be 210 lbs, looked like a young grizzly and bulldozed through life, but honestly felt terrible carrying that much weight.
Genetics are whatever. I even did one of those genetic tests and they basically told me my muscles aren’t elite and sports “aren’t recommended” for me, and that gaining muscle would be difficult. So here I am ignoring the paperwork and doing it anyway.

any chance we can get IGF-DES available?
Does that actually work? I mean over and above HGH? Seen really mixed reports (and some dubious stuff about localised hypertrophy).

I’ve had a few people DM me asking if this was ever answered.
I reached out to @TheLobster about the Reta 30 cap color this morning.
Lobster said Reta 30 from November should be yellow caps. I have red caps but ordered the Reta at the end of October. Still talking and trying to find out if the cap color changed between Oct/Nov, or if 30s are red and 40s are yellow.
Will update once this gets clarified.

Does lobsters products all come with the nice solid lids like the yellow ones above or do some come with those see through plastic ones like most CN suppliers are using atm?

Everything I have received came with the nice solid lids and they all remove clean no tearing.
