Question on that 75mg ghk cu overdosed to 85 is it just a 3ml vial because that is one concentrated dose if so. Could always cut it by pulling some bac water in the syringe first, I wouldn't pull the copper and then poke my bac water.
Transfer to a bigger vial and use 8.5ml bac. 0 sting, I mean none at all and it’s 10 units for 1mg. Easy as.

Thanks for sharing that. All we ever hear about the risky hobby we’re in is “I did X, and it was fine”. Even if the rest of the world has a mountain of evidence about risks. Any problem that takes more than a day to develop, never mind years, is unlikely to be connected with the original source, and even if it is, unlikely to make it back here.

Heard a doc who treats BBs say that an unusual number of his patients got weird, rare tumors. These things happen, and there’s ZERO chance of connecting them back to rHGH. He said they still suspected it and suffered with a heavy burden of guilt that they probably caused it (whether they did or didn’t, it’ll never be known).

We know more now, have safety data from people on rHGH for adult GH deficiency for years, HIV cachexia patients etc, so we know physiologic levels don’t seem to increase cancer risks. Above that? Who knows. “The dose makes the poison” as they say.

Especially now that so many are running GH continuously now, for those looking for long term safety, it’s best to let IGF-1 (or better the Z score that comes with ) determine what a safe dose is. That’s what endocrinologists use, not IU. Don’t exceed a Z score of 3. 2 is the upper limit of “normal”, but up to 3 doesn’t appear to cause problems.

Some will need 5iu just to get to “low average” IGF, and others will have crazy high, dangerous IGF with just 2iu.

So get it checked, before you start if possible for a clean baseline. It’s a cheap test in the US, under $50.
What is the best time to get your IGF/z-score tested?

Right after injection?
Next morning after nightly injection?
24 hours after injection?

Once you’ve been on a stable dose for a few weeks, it doesn’t matter much. Half life is so long the level doesn't vary very much throughout the day.

It’s useful to be consistant though, so you’re comparing apples to apples by getting each test around the same time of day (presuming that’s the same amount of time post injection).

In theory, fasted for 4 hours, halfway between injections is the “ideal”, but it’s not necessary, and most rHGH patients are told to get it whenever.

If you want a complete picture of IGF-1 getting binding proteins tested takes it to the next level and much more significant than timing:

Once you test igfbp1 if you get a poor score what kind of actionable things can you do to improve it. Besides the obvious ones that go along with your post, like reduce stress, not fast, eat in a surplus?

You’ve got to go down the list and address anything contributing to high IGFBP-1.

If inflammation is high, HS-CRP, address the infection or whatever’s causing it. If cholesterol is high, that’s often it and a statin can bring systemic inflammation down dramatically. We were talking about this recently, Pitavastatin 4mg can drop HS-CRP by 50%.

If it’s low insulin levels (which can be difficult to establish in a non diabetic) , a GLP will increase peak insulin post meal and “extinguish” a lot of IGFBP-1 production, bringing levels down. It’ll also lower systemic inflammation.

Verify free t3 annd t4 are mid range. Hypo or hyper thyroids boost igfbp1 .

There are esoteric causes but I haven’t dug into them.(adrenal/cortisol). It’s usually food/insulin too low, or inflammation.

Sometimes lowering the rHGH dose can reduce IGFBP-1 more than IGF-1 drops, increasing bioactive IGF-1, or increasing rHGH can raise IGF-1 while IGFBP-1 stays the same, increasing bioactive IGF-1 (but this method of “busting through” high IGFBP-1 is can cause strong side effects.

Make sure all test results are in nmol units, and you can calculate free IGF-1 (approx) this way:

IGF-1 ÷ (1 + 0.25×IGFBP1 + 0.15×IGFBP3) = Free IGF-1

Just got my 2nd order, delivered late in the evening. Ordered on the 13th, had tracking for 1 shipment in 24 hours and the second in 48 hours. 1st shipment came in on Monday, the GH just came so 5 days including the weekend from order to delivery. 36/40iu vial I reconstituted w/ 3ml and it was dissolved and clear within 20 minutes. So far so good.

A number of people have talked about the Var, and I can also confirm it's good. I actually have a few bottles of another vendor's suspension I should use up, but the tablets are just so much more convenient. They also split pretty good, pretty much right down the middle with a few occasional off angles. Require a bit of force and sometimes tiny chunks break off, but the whole tablet gets used that day split between morning and afternoon, so it doesn't matter much. I'll probably pick up the Proviron as well when I run out of that suspension... assuming he keeps selling these tabs. These may just all be old stock. I don't think he's come out and officially stated no more AAS, has he?

The var is good and they split well too. I break mine into quarters. A nifty trick is using a bic lighter, sit the pill centered on the slight curve of the lighter body and push down with your thumbs on both sides of the pill. Almost perfect halves and quarters every time.

Anyone send the Anavar 70mg to Janoshik yet? I’m not seeing anything on a search here. All I'm seeing is QSC results. Im sitting on a pile of them and will send samples for testing and variance.
