Isn’t the recommended dose for SLU 250mcg per day? 10mg sounds for me like an overkill haha

there is no recommended dose because it was never tested in humans. if we go for the equivalent dose used in rats, the dosage is very high - higher than 10mg. But myself, and many others I know, have had results with 500mcg to 1000mcg per day

most people use 250mcg tabs 2-4x a day.. some guys - 2-3mg a day,
-highest i´ve heard 400mg tapered in 50mg steps the way up

many people use up to 200mg (not mcg) per day split into 3-4 doses. those little 250mcg doses dont do much compared to proper dosages. I would argue that those lower dosages might be placebo.

That's not placebo. I kept same diet, same cardio, same training, same PED's and just added SLU-PP-332 and had a good body recomposition. Results increased as the dosage was increased from 250mcg up to 2000mcg but to be honest did not notice many changes from 1500mcg up. Stopped, did a 6 weeks on SS-31 to "clean" the mitochondria and now I will give a try to the 10mg tabs from Opti... Let's see the difference now.

Anyone tried this clen yet?
I use it for a couple of days - honestly there is no effect! I used clen a couple of time and always had tremor in fingers, higher pulse, higher blood sugar, even im the first days with only 20mcg - here I do not have any effect, even not on 80mcg.
A clear sign for me that this product does not contain clen or maybe some traces..
Very disappointing. Bought only one box with 100 tabs, think i was in spring this year.
