Transparency update regarding Primo E inventory
I want to give a clear and honest update about our recent Primo E 100mg and 200mg situation so there’s no confusion on anyone’s end.
Over the last week we’ve been reorganizing all of our raw materials as we prepare for our upcoming relocation (again). During that process, we unexpectedly came across just under 300g of our previous Primo E raw batch. A batch we fully believed had been used up months ago.
Instead of explaining that right away, my instinct was to say “new raws just landed” because I didn’t want it to sound like we’re careless with inventory. Saying “we found raws we thought were gone” can come across sloppy, even though these raws were already from a , tested , trusted, previously validated batch.
To Clarify:
These were not new raws. They were part of our earlier Primo E batch that had already passed blind HPLC testing.
Here’s what actually happened on the business side - Primo E 200mg consistently sells much faster than 100mg. We are still waiting on a fresh raw shipment to arrive. Rather than having zero Primo available still, we used the remaining 300g to produce a small run of Primo E 200mg and Primo E 100mg to keep customers supplied with their favorite product in the meantime. This approach helped maintain inventory flow and ensured our customers weren’t left waiting during the transition period.
Nothing was done with untested materials, and nothing was rushed out of desperation. It was simply a business decision to keep shelves stocked using an already verified batch while our new shipment is incoming.
I’m sharing the real story because transparency matters. Even if the full explanation isn’t glamorous, honesty will always come first here. Which I’ll make sure to stand on here on out!
If anyone has questions about batch numbers, testing, or anything related to these releases, feel free to reach out anytime!
