Id say most can do at least 1ml subq.
.5inch into glutes is going to be subq for most people.

I’m going to second this. That’s not a lot at all and that volume subq with water shouldn’t cause pip or knots. Hell I’ve done oil subq much greater than that without issue. Not to mention I’d assume the user has done that much volume of liquid before and this wasn’t just a one off thing.

I have used amazon filters for oils and they seemed to do a good job. You need to make sure they are sterile filters and come individually wrapped. I think for peptides you need hydrophyllic filters with a PTFE or nylon membrane (someone correct me if i am wrong). For oils it doesnt matter if you use hydrophyllic or hydrophobic filters, but peptides and hgh it matters. But ghoul and other members know much more than i do when it comes to filtering peptides, so its better to wait for confirmation.
I am not 100% sure if PTFE and nylon is suitable for peptides because i do not have experience filtering them. But PTFE is good for oils because it is resistant to the solvents used in oils

PES best for peptides but PTFE *hydrophillic only* will work.
