Short story is oral administration works well for 915. Its starting to show up here and there.

The issue with all these new stuff is that the cost is prohibitive and not feasible in any way to use.

In order to test the effect of SLU-PP-915 on aerobic exercise performance, exercise-trained (1 hour daily running on a treadmill at 14 m/min) or untrained mice were treated with SLU-PP-915 using MDA for 7 days, twice a day (32 mg/kg).

32mg/kg in mice, means we need to take ~200-250mg.
It will not be feasible in any way for a very long time.

I think i saw highest gene expression with 8mg with a benefit almost as good as 16 and 32mg.
Doesnt change your point though. Finished 915 is about $330/g and synthesis of it is more complicated than 332 so doubt we will see $3.60/g prices on it any time soon. So $65-85 a dose for 32mg HED, $15-20 for 8mg HED.

No, but it can be a great indicator if the china UGL 'Bac W' is to acidic - I think I have only seen one report of this, long time ago - or maybe it's just a small glitch in my brain.....

You should always filter you HGH and peptides. How often is anyone testing for endotoxins, contaminants, etc.... I never see this. But yet purity c9mes back at 95, 96, 97%.... what else is in your vial?

And yes filtering your HGH will help remove impurities as well as degraded HGH proteins and help reduce developing immunogenicity.

Filter it and immunogenicity risk will be minimized.

From a presentation by the FDA a while back. These are all GLP peptides tested for immunogenicity response.

The commercial ones on the left all had low level reactions, as they’re carefully engineered to.

The two on the right are from compounding pharmacies, “legal UGL” using Chinese raws. Look at how much higher immunogenicity is.

This is immunogenicity before and after filtering. 80% drop in one of the compounded GLPs (the other was probably reduced significantly but still off the charts).

By the way, the green bar is PURE ENDOTOXIN. The immune system response to compounded peptides was stronger to than to toxic bacterial cell walls, lol.

Thanks @Ghoul and others. I am into the hgh for about $1k so I will filter and run some blood work. Hopefully, it's not a pure waste. I wish the UGL could be more trustworthy but I guess until we as a community require regular refrequent vendor testing and hold vendors accountable, nothing will change.

There is a real opportunity for a vendor that is willing to test and guarantee product. Maybe one day someone will fill that need.

There's 2 vendors on here that basically always have 97/98% + with almost no dimer and sometimes no dimer. Even those vendors you should be filtering. Think of it this way, every test you see from Jano has been filtered prior to testing. If you want to be injecting the same as what Jano test shows you need to filter it before. Who knows what other bullshit could be in there prior to filtering.

Seems like the science says SLU is useless orally, however BPC-157 and KPV seem to be less controversial when it comes to oral administration, no?
I'll personally pick an injectable over an oral 10 times out of 10, but I was talking oral and injectable BPC as I had read that the oral version offered more gastrointestinal benefits, while offering less regenerative/healing benefits.

I use a 3ml syringe to recon them, use the same syringe to draw all once they recon'd for like 8-12 hours(AM-PM) and then I filter directly into my 3ml cartridge for my pen.

I do the same for all peps. PES filter and into 3ml cart for my Savios. I also have 3ml sterile vials I use when all 3 of my Savios are being used haha. Always filter into new vial.

I also filter all oils even domestic into sterile 10/20ml vials using PTFE.

You're health is a small price of those filters and a few extra syringes a month.

At this point I'm filtering CN oils. Haven't gone beyond that. In between jobs so don't have the budget for all of the necessary supplies.

No issue with aggregation or cloudiness at 40iu/1ml? I looked at pens, but decided against it since I normally reconstitute at 10iu/1ml. Pen would definitely be great if I could load 3 vials of Hgh into it.

Ghoul is scaring me into filtering HGH too. Good info and reasons to filter. How rapidly could one develop immunogenicity to HGH and would you know if your serum GH levels keep testing low despite using high IU daily?

Currently I wanted to filter my peptides (GLP1s) and HGH and bought some Nylon membrane syringe filter. I have used to filter my HGH and it became clear after filtering. Just wondering if there is some peptide loss mainly GLP1s dose after filtering using Nylon?

Just found out there are other types of syringe filter (PES,Nylon,PVDF,PTFE) and was wondering is it okay if continue to use my Nylon ones.

Hi All,

I understand there are some potential harm reduction benefits to filtering peptides. It sounds good on paper but we don't really notice a difference in our day to day. Therefore I assume many of you (including myself) gave up on filtering because it has become too much of a chore for questionmark results. To put my assumption to the test. Please let us know if you're filtering your peptides or not and let's have a discussion.
