I heard hyb or many other vendors don't have reshp policy for South East Asia
Cause of high rate of seizure or fail of shipping

yeah a lot of them does not have it, especially with oils, its really hard to find a vendor with reship policy

Did anybody buy the minoxidil tablets? there is no tests for minoxidil, i wonder if i can test those tablets in the US legally. 100 tablets for 13usd is decent
