I’m with you on this. I’ve been running recombinant HGH daily for over twenty years, sometimes up around 18 IU, and I’ve taught enough chemistry to know when a trend is bollocks dressed up as “safety.”

The only lads I’ve seen having issues in recent years with high quality stuff were the ones getting clever with filters. Not the ones using clean, tested material. That’s thats my experience is not proof of anything obviously, so take it as my experience, not gospel.

From a protein chemistry point of view, filtering high-quality recombinant HGH after reconstitution is the exact opposite of what you want to do. You’re dealing with a fragile polypeptide. Once it’s mixed, it’s sensitive to shear stress, surface adsorption, and mechanical handling. You don’t improve that by forcing it through a membrane.

The irony is most of what people think they’re “filtering out” are stabilisers deliberately added to keep the hormone intact. Remove those and you increase the risk of denaturation, not contamination.

Proper Chinese production today is already sterile-filtered at the lab. Good labs run tight controls, and it goes rather straight from bench to the user.

So in this context, my view is filtering solves no real problem and introduces a few very real ones. Sometimes the smartest thing in chemistry and in lifting is knowing when to leave things well enough alone.

Sooo ur saying UGL that tests at 95% and instead of having the listed doses and comes back way under dosed, screwed up lyphilozation process, sit on shelves unrefrigerated, sit on hot tarmac or in shipping containers baking in the sun when being shipped is high quality? These are illegal labs producing these. Quality control and refind processes dont exist. They also dont contain the stabilizers. So telling people its ok to inject unfiltered ugl peptides is the opposite of this site's intention in harm reduction.

You statement is misleading. What you described is pharama kept in a temperature controlled environment with strict quality control, government oversite and regulation.

If you think everything u recieve is sterile you should check out some of the janoshik culture tests of ugl peptides. Some are down right scary.
How often do vials not have a vacuum? Its all the time.

If u dont want to filter dont. But misleading people to self validate your OPINION is not ok.

Also these criminals are likely using small lypholization machines that fit onto their kitchen bench.

Filtering won't remove endotoxins..

I wonder how much higher is the failure rate now..
Is it due to the influx of poorer QC? process? vendors who don't care? or more testing being done

Failure rates for endotoxin and tamc+tymc the way we do it are indeed quite low, roughly 5%.

It's mostly peptides failing, though.

Easy there. Endotoxins aren’t fairy dust you remove with a syringe filter, and you’d know that if you’d spent five minutes with actual protein chemistry instead of forum lore. Sterile filtration does nothing meaningful to endotoxin load once the material is already lyophilised and reconstituted.

As for “kitchen bench lyophilisers”, that tells me more about your imagination than about modern peptide production. Proper HGH isn’t freeze-dried in a lad’s flat between the toaster and the kettle. It’s produced in controlled fermentation, purified, sterile-filtered at source, and stabilised for transport.

These guys are middlemen. They’re not producing anything themselves, no matter how big they are or what story they sell. There are only a handful of facilities in China capable of producing recombinant HGH properly. The barrier to entry is enormous, and that’s why everyone downstream is sourcing from the same places.

You’re arguing contamination hypotheticals while recommending extra handling of a fragile protein. That’s backwards chemistry.

If you want to worry about endotoxins, you worry about upstream production and testing, not post-hoc rituals with a filter that wasn’t designed to solve that problem in the first place.

Get a grip on the actual mechanisms before calling others midwits.

Exactly. And keep in mind, yes, Jano sees a lot of dodgy samples, but they usually come from lads butchering things themselves and flipping scraps. That’s not coming from the trusted suppliers (read: resellers) people here actually deal with.

Most UGL HGH we buy here is cleaner than typical pharma product.
And we actually know that through testing.

This place exists precisely to avoid that. Shared sources, shared batches, group testing. That’s the whole point.
 
We keep on arguing about sterility and quality of UGL peps and rHGH. As @Ghoul mentioned, it’s less than a $1 per vial for me to filter. Why not pay a small amount just to know for sure? It takes all of 30 seconds to do. Why not spend the time just to know for sure? It’s like ordering UGL pct meds just because it’s $2 cheaper than getting it from real Indian pharma. Why take the risk for $2?

I’m not saying that factories are incapable of producing sterile lyophilized products, but I am saying that these factories, while they may be advanced, are not audited or regulated. If they make a bad batch, what is stopping them from unloading a few hundred kits to all these resellers (who don’t even do any QC themselves)? These resellers are the ones taking the reputation hit in the end. The resellers probably do go back to the factory and demand a refund or some sort of compensation, but I’m sure the factory just tells them to pound sand. It’s not like there are TONS of factories to choose from.

And don’t come at me about shear from filtering. Simply filtering slowly and using the proper filter will not result in protein damage. Don’t believe me? Set foot in any lab that works with peptides and ask them about filtering. Ask any biopharmaceutical scientist.

In the end, you are safer to just filter anyway, which reduces harm. That’s the whole point of this forum.
