Ah man, classic. I will always have that special place for good old Dbol in my heart despite all the hate from others.

I have always wondered what would happen if I would daily dose it at 10mg/day very long term, never attempted that, but the effects even at this dose would be noticeable. Probably not gonna experiment, but who knows, that and TRT or a cruise seems tempting not gonna lie.
 
Are there any people who agree or disagree with dbols ability to put on actual muscle. I had been hearing that thrown around lately that its all just water retention and no contractile tissue can anyone speak to that at all?

That is fuckin nonsense.

You only have to look at silver and golden era guys who used Dbol by itself to see that is laughable. They were very clearly packing a lot more than "water retention".

my own experience with dianabol says that it builds good muscle. some water too, sure, but the muscle is there. it also increases strength noticeably, which inevitably builds more muscle.
 
It all comes to diet. Do dbol and eat McDonald all the time yesthen you will be water buffalo. But if you eat clean and don’t overdo the dose then it works very well.
 
Anybody want to talk about successful practical application of dbol? Other than the obvious powerlifting PRs that disappear the next day?

I’m not actively planning to cycle it but I have some nice hard pressed 50mg tabs of dbol- easy enough to split to halves or 1/4s.

My diet & training are dialed and I’ve tried 50mg pwo a few times with pretty amazing but strictly temporary strength increases.

If I was gonna run some for a couple weeks or something I guess I’d wonder how to dial estrogen? It wouldn’t be in long enough to stabilize and the dbol estrogen I don’t even know if it comes up on bloods, plus I doubt I’d run it long enough to stabilize then try try to adjust an AI protocol even once or probably multiple times to get it right anyway?

So it’d be a gamble- like run 25mg dbol a day for a couple weeks and 25 aromasin every 2/3 days? And go by ‘feelz’? Or hit it hard 50/day yolo?

To be clear this is not me making plans, just tossing ideas. Anyway, let’s say I’m able to guess an asin dose that keeps moonface, pitting edema, or overdoing it and crushing e2. It’s still just temporary strength that needs to be used for long enough consistently to get some actual lean tissue gains out of it right? Obviously only even a half decent idea if on cycle, and probably only for a couple or few weeks of the cycle unless it’s more like 12.5mg/day?
