Cut to 10% or too skinny?

you are not fat although your body percent is 13%. you're only 145 lbs so each pound of 1% fat is only 1.45lbs while it would be 1.75 if your bulk goal is 175lbs or 2lbs if 200lbs.

by increasing your muscle mass you will make cutting easier.

its such a pain to be where you're at now, dont sweat bodyfat % at lower weight. just bulk to 200lbs even though you get fat just use low amount of blast

like 300-400mg testosterone and bulk for good 9 months running a long offseason and then cut down to maybe 170lbs where you look much better.

you're gonna look a little fat but after that its fixed forever, or you can be in the cycle of being "afraid of gaining fat" and never gain muscle.

same with former fat guys being afraid to bulk after cutting

your diet is 80% of your physique. food is your steroids at your point of physique. no need to go 600 test like someone recommend you. even with trt you'll grow at insane speed with the right diet.
I'll definitely start to switch into a surplus while upping the test a little and tapering the reta. Not afraid of fat gain after experiencing reta, but I still would prefer to avoid gaining excess fat. Gonna assume I'll be able to get away with a larger surplus like 400-600 daily. I appreciate the thoughtful reply:)

more like 250-300 surplus.

try to stay in a bulk as long as you can.

you dont need high anabolics to drive muscle growth nor a big surplus. you will put muscle on in a bulk so fast at your weight regardless just from trt or trt+ or a little 300 test 100 deca a week

you just need to tip the scale for a long time building muscle for a good long bulk
