Here is a portion of my health data showing my recorded weight each day. You can see the Withings logo showing it was automatically inputted from my scale. The first 3 weights after initial weigh-in had to be manually input as the weight loss was too quick with glycogen loss. The scale would not register the weight values to my profile. But you can see the initial 225 automatically recorded at the bottom of the photo.

While it's not too hard to use Exodus, I find it hard to send USDT. I purchased some USDT on the app and when I tried to send it to a vendor, it said I also needed Ethereum coin because USDT is on ETH network. Overall bitcoin is still the easiest.

You just need ETH to pay the transaction fee which is minimal. Same as if you're using SOL or any other platform. With Bitcoin it's the only coin used on that network so the fee automatically comes out of your balance. Just buy a couple dollars worth of ETH and problem solved.

Yeah I was definitely not working out lmao. Never stepped into a room with an ambient temperature above 60F so didn’t sweat at all, and obviously low carbs too. Walking 10k steps was no problem.

Hardest part was literally just talking. I would run out of breath before I could finish a sentence.

It was initially intended to just be a week mini cut break/deload, but it was going so much better than I expected so I just turned it into an offseason reset. The daily visual and weight changes was enough motivation to just keep it going.

To your point though, and what others can't seem to comprehend is that even after autoclave sterilizing spawn, using a clean culture, prepping with alcohol, and flame sterilizing a needle while using aseptic techniques you STILL can get comtaminates and that's just while growing.

Without the use of BA I can't even imagine the microorganisms one could be potentially injecting into themselves when having multi use vials in the fridge for weeks.

To think that a vial of peptides won't get any bacteria in it is laughable.

I eventually gave up in disgust trying to grow mushrooms because I only ever grew mold. I remember once I had mycelium growth and the next day BOOM black mold nuked that shit.

The crazy thing was you could see the toxins that shit spewed out to kill the mycelium. Bacterial and mold are everywhere....

It was a good educational experience at least. I'd like to try it again later when I have more time. Especially since old coffee grounds can be reused as a substrate. I think I could do it this time if I had all the right equipment.
