Sounds like you might be titrating too fast. I typically need to run a dose for a month before I can push higher and I only go in 0.5 IU increments if that. But that's just me personally, I am very susceptible to CTS symptoms. YMMV.
I don’t get the water weight but if I try to go from 5 to 6 iu I get a pretty quick (minor but noticeable and consistent) increase in BP. It subsides after some weeks but it’s there. I don’t know how these guys ramp up so quickly. Same happened when I went from 4 to 5. Took 2-3 weeks to return to baseline resting BP

Ya for me it's just the CTS, don't really notice water weight. I'm having release surgery in a month so that'll hopefully be the end of that.

I just titrated up to 4iu two days ago coming off of 3iu. Instantly gained another 5lbs in a couple days lol. I feel like the water weight has just been accumulating and hasn't really went down since starting HGH. But I'm also dealing with high E2 so that might be why.
Carb type can add to that on GH. Lots of high GI carbs and big carb swings. It’s not always an ancillaries fix either. Examine everything. Sleep, high stress, cortisol, night time food timing. Manage sodium and get enough potassium. And yes your E2 needs to be in check. HGH makes your body more responsive to estrogen. It doesn’t increase your estrogen of course. Are you on Deca or NPP perhaps? You can try splitting your dose if you still struggle with it. But look at everything. Troubleshooting 101 is like this. Eliminate one thing at a time. Is my sleep good? Okay not that. How’s my stress, welp not that. Go for easy things first before adding something to combat it. Everyone wants to add things but first understand what else could it be. You could be adding something that isn’t needed and why add something we don’t need.

Same dude. When I started out 2iu, then 4iu then 6iu ventured to 8iu before currently at 10iu. Between 6iu and 10iu it wasn't as bad, but early on BP was a fight daily. With all those doses I had to maintain for several months before increasing.

Dude I'm still sorry to hear this. But ultimately it's for the better. I lost those side effects so long ago, and didn't miss them so I feel your pain bro. Best wishes man.

appreciate you brother. I just want to feel my finger tips again lol. Should only be 6-8 weeks recovery and maybe only 2-3 days out of the gym. Then my spring blast can get in full swing!

I remember that though man, I would drop things randomly upon picking them up. Like mentally I was using enough force to pick the keys up off the counter, but due to numbness they would hit the floor. I had to use level 10 in everything I did to overcompensate.

Manage your estrogen. I had high e2 once when first playing with gh and of course thought it was the gh fault. I went from 4iu down to 1iu for two weeks and nothing changed. Completely dropped gh and nothing changed. Took a little more ai… problem solved and hopped back straight to 4iu with zero problems from then on

Thanks for the detailed response and recommendations.

- My diet is pretty dialed in terms of calories and macros but admittedly I don't watch my carb types too often other than more intentionally directly before training. Good piece of info.
- Sleep, stress, cortisol are all in a good spot. Cortisol just tested two weeks ago and was well within range.
- Sodium I am actively trying to be more conscious of. I drink a couple scoops of electrolyte powder throughout the day but am very liberal with salting my meals. I do supplement 100 - 200mg of potassium and try to eat a banana a day.
- Not on Deca or NPP
- Estrogen seems like the lowest hanging fruit. I'm fairly asymptomatic (or at least I think I am) aside from water retention, so no reason to run it in the 80s if it's potentially compounding other negative issues and I'm beyond the threshold level of it being a net positive

I was also asymptomatic with high estrogen aside from extreme bloat. My jawline was gone and couldn’t see veins in my forearms anymore (it’s usually a roadmap). Started getting estrogen under control and dropped over 10lbs in less than a week

Of course. We are all just trying to get better. HGH is a fickle fellow and we all respond different (if you recall the primo E2 spat not long ago lol). No one method works but there is always a common denominator we have to find. Perhaps for you the 80 E2 is it. It is worth seeing a doc for some BP meds just in case. A low dose AI might do the trick for you on the E2 so you don’t crash it out especially if you are feeling good. Like you I don’t get sides off higher E2 but I will bring it down to my sweet spot to make sure. Maybe .5 Arimidex twice a week to start if you go that route. Someone may have a better idea but that has worked for me and we seem to have similar E2 responses far as sides go.

Did you get all your baseline IGF and Z Score before you got going? The fluff can be different for everyone. Might take you a few weeks might just hang around a bit longer. My experience after titrating up 2-3 weeks. Make sure you are well hydrated it helps
Negative. The trainer I was using at the time was the one who put me on to the idea. Said I had nothing to worry about with this dosage, so I didn’t. I don’t use that trainer anymore
