That's budesonide which is used..for asthma lol. They just made it slow release 4mg. Generic budesonide is cheap in india, they've got slow release up to 9mg.
The nasal spray is available otc for allergies.
This is actually a question for someone that has kidney problems. I’m a little confused about the budesonide vs Nefecon.

US: Tarpeyo
EU: Kinpeygo
Asia: Nefecon
It's budesonide which is targeted to release in the ileum (lower intestine).
Budesonide is an old drug, used for asthma inhalers/allergy nasal sprays. Walk around CVS and you'll see the nasal spray on the shelf.
Dosing..
4pillsx4mg=16mg
(1) under a patent
(2) produced by specialty pharmacy
You wont find a generic Tarpeyo.
However..
Budesonide is also used..for other stuff like crohns (at low doses) but they target to release..at the ileum (lower intestine) + colon.
India has 3/9mg slow release. The 9mg targets intestine+colon it seems, and 3mg primarily intestine.
TLDR ask for 3mg controlled/extended release pills.

I just ordered HCG plus a lot more and it should be out for delivery tomorrow and I ordered it on January 26th. I've ordered hundreds of items and every package has made it. I've had one order where I was missing a few items, but I sent an email and they made it right.
