my turanabol journal (for all curious people here)

I very very rarely ever miss one, just yesterday when I got tied up with something, I know its vital, but I have to get realistic on my weekends, im not going to pull this off eating poorly at weekends anymore, this is probably why my weight has stalled for the last 2 weeks or slowed down.

I manage to get at least 300 carbs and at least 250g protein and at least 3500k without fail 5 days a week. I makeup in the night and stuff myself when I aint managed to hit my goal in the day to makeup for any nutrition loss.

Its this big stomach thing big bench ive got thats holding me back, Im paranoid about it that its getting bigger when I look in the mirror, if I eat more fat etc, I just keep thinking its gonna get even bigger, its a shame really cos Ive looked at my daily diet and I know for a fact I could eat even 5000k a day if I werent worried about my belly getting bigger, I think its just all in my head though, think its just bloat like you said before cos when I tense my stomach and abs, theres hardly anything there to pinch hold of.

I know your right though about my body type will gain muscle whatever I eat, I ate mega mega dirty on a bulk last summer and I gained nothing but lean mass and that was even without hardly any protein in me.

Your stomach wall is stretching. Normal. It's making space because you're filling it so damn much. When I pout my belly out I look like I drink beer for every meal. When I vacuum or flex is a totally different view. When I'm shirtless I tend to always walk around with a flexed mid section otherwise my actual stomach looks like belly fat.. Well higher.. Your stomach stops a few inches above the belly button I think.
 
You have nothing to worry about bro. Check your bf and watch it. If it is going up more than 1%, then change the diet up, but I will bet anything that its staying the same or just going up by fractions. Its just stretching like Life said and its bloating. When you wake up in the morning (or after a big shit) I bet your stomach is fine. That means its just full and not fat. You dont change your % of fat during the day, just water and other things.
 
yeaa man, i wouldnt stress it dude - my stomach at the end of the day bulges - cuz i eat so damn much - when i wake up in the morning - its back to normal ... bloating and full stomachas are very decieving brother - im willing to bet money if you train and eat right you might even drop the bodyfat a bit as your lean muscle increases
 
week 5 is here, still going okay apart from i got run down with a bastard cold all over weekend but this time at no cost did my diet slip regardless, just missed one day of my workout but getting better now, eating good on weekends now too, tweaked my diet big time today and im loving my new nutrition intake plan.

im still eating 3500k a day, 250g protein, 250-300 carbs.
there has been one difference in the last week, i cant get full anymore, not even once do i fee slightly full or bloated after my daily intake, its almost like i havent ate anything anymore.

Up your protein by 50-60 grams (that would be two extra meals for me) and maybe add some olive oil to your foods.. slow your digestion down... or feed your muscles more often... either way unless you're putting on fat you should now start eating a bit more.. you got 3 weeks left right?

hey dude, yes 3 weeks left. i could start eating more yes as ive tweaked my diet much more now.

i excluded the olive oils cos im now managing to eat 3500k+ without adding any olive oil at all.
would be great for me to keep them in my diet though and make it 4000k+

im even getting 250g of protein with only 2 scoops of whey protein now added in my diet, ive added more real foods over the past few weeks and downed the protein powder and olive oils
 
ok, since taking role models advice and others in a lter thread, ive been blasting my ass off with my new routine to total failure on the final set of every excersize, i dunno wtf ive been doing panzying about worrying about injuries all this time, but ever since taking this approach and method to my training, my muscle groups fell pumped and as tight as a frogs arse at the end of every workout, this is exactly the same buzz and feeling i got when i was on dbol a few years back.

i dunno what id do without this forum and without you guys and all your support, this has become a family to me, not just a forum anymore.
 
Im glad we can help brother. And you are just starting this too. As you push harder and harder, your body is going to respond like never before.
 
i phoned the docs for my results today, they have asked me go in to discuss my results with them, could only mean theyve found something.

probably stupid question but is turinabol and turanabol the same or have i just seen misspelling..?
there the same thing, theres just many diff names for it, probably something to do with the fact its been around for 40 years plus but has dissapeared and reappeared on and off the market many times

yes bro, not much, id say about 5lbs.

In the past week or so, yes ive gotten stronger than i probably have on 7 weeks cos ive been pushing every last set of each workout to total and utter failure, this method has put about 8kg on my lifts now and that just now feels normal. My routine dude has sucked big time since i started apart from in the last 2 weeks or so as ive made a completely brand new 4 day split.

soon as i wacthed my dorian yates video about 2 weeks ago, the pennys finally dropped where ive been really going wrong with my training. If id of known what i know now 8 weeks ago, id er probably gained a whole lot more, ive definetely grown and grown big compared to what i was about 3 month ago and thats been with a workout thats sucked ass.

my definition has got way leaner these past few weeks more than its put weight on me.

in november, i weighed 147lbs, started back up in january and im now about 161-163lbs, granted, ive completely fucked this cycle up big time cos i didnt respond to the alarm bells that were ringing in my head, ive learnt from a hug mistake and will know better from now on.

you see my skinny shoulder and bicep in my avatar, the way its shaped and its got lean mass around it? well 3 months ago, there absoloutly nothing there, not an absoloute pick on me, my arms were just totally straight like an arrow doing that same pose 3 months ago, ive barely even broke sweat the past 8 weeks apart form 2 weeks ago when i completely rebuilt everything i was doing

You just reminded me I need a new routine. I also need 500mg Test E, and 600mg EQ weekly..:p
 
Now that you know how to eat untill almost puking and have the routine down gaining will be easy after the tbol cycle is over bro.You should go all natural for a long time and gain as much as possible that way.Then you will be ready for an injectable run if all the blood work comes back good.
 
well my tbol cycle is over, it was a pretty good experience, theres a heck of a lot i could er done better, but i still gained some pretty nice definition regardless, gained about 4lbs, im now running my PCT, 20mg nolva ED, i could of done better though if id of changed my training ways quicker, ive found a great gym near me called "Paul George" (dunno if anyones heard of him) suppose to be a great place to workout, i need to get there cos training at home aint cutting it no more.

Training at home has been a great learner and preparer for the real thing, but ive had enough of spending more time changing attachments on my bench than actually working out.

im not gonna start my cycle next year, i plan to go natural for maybe another 2-3 years now as i think the gym will gimme some great gains naturally.
