I very very rarely ever miss one, just yesterday when I got tied up with something, I know its vital, but I have to get realistic on my weekends, im not going to pull this off eating poorly at weekends anymore, this is probably why my weight has stalled for the last 2 weeks or slowed down.
I manage to get at least 300 carbs and at least 250g protein and at least 3500k without fail 5 days a week. I makeup in the night and stuff myself when I aint managed to hit my goal in the day to makeup for any nutrition loss.
Its this big stomach thing big bench ive got thats holding me back, Im paranoid about it that its getting bigger when I look in the mirror, if I eat more fat etc, I just keep thinking its gonna get even bigger, its a shame really cos Ive looked at my daily diet and I know for a fact I could eat even 5000k a day if I werent worried about my belly getting bigger, I think its just all in my head though, think its just bloat like you said before cos when I tense my stomach and abs, theres hardly anything there to pinch hold of.
I know your right though about my body type will gain muscle whatever I eat, I ate mega mega dirty on a bulk last summer and I gained nothing but lean mass and that was even without hardly any protein in me.
Your stomach wall is stretching. Normal. It's making space because you're filling it so damn much. When I pout my belly out I look like I drink beer for every meal. When I vacuum or flex is a totally different view. When I'm shirtless I tend to always walk around with a flexed mid section otherwise my actual stomach looks like belly fat.. Well higher.. Your stomach stops a few inches above the belly button I think.
