Spectrum Services

One can not compare the ethnics of plastic surgery vs prescibing anabolic steroids.
In order to become a plastic surgeon you have to go infront of a medical board and licesnce and is monitered by FDA.

The FDA does NOT monitor clinics.

Just, who is your doctor that prescribes DECA for joint pain? There is NO evidence for DECA to treat joint pain. There are, at most, some anecdotal reports. It is NOT FDA approved for this purpose. And, there is no evidence for long-term use for "joint pain."

It's called an OFF-LABEL USE of a medication, and it is perfectly legal. Once a medication is approved by the FDA, it can be prescribed for any purpose as a physician sees fit, at least from a legal perspective. There are FDA approved indicated uses of medications, which limits pharmaceutical companies as to what they can advertise as accepted uses of their products to health care providers and/or consumers.

For example, Letrozole (Femara), Anastrozole (Arimidex), and Exemestane (Aromasin) are not approved for use in male patients by the FDA for ANY purpose, certainly not as an adjuvant to TRT... yet they are frequently prescribed for patients receiving TRT, especially for those who are obese and thus have a large T-to-E conversion capacity due to excess aromatase in adipose. HCG is not approved by the FDA for long-term use with TRT either, but it is frequently prescribed in low doses to prevent testicular atrophy.

It should be noted that a pharmaceutical company does NOT need to demonstrate efficacy of an agent for off-label uses, only for indicated uses. Thus, if a pharmaceutical company wants to add a new indicated use for a drug (thereby being able to advertise that drug for that use), they must supply the data from their clinical trials to the FDA demonstrating that the drug is effective and safe for that use, and wait for approval.

you WANT your AAS. [One of my purposes for being here is to expose people like you.]

what does the mean exactly? your here to expose people who want to obtain AAS?

i surely hope that is not what it means, those of us who have been around know that you clearly support and have recommended steroid cycles.

It does NOT mean what you think. Sorry for any misinterpretation. It is to expose those that tout BS. He is trying to spin SPECTRUM and WADOWSKI as some sort of "professional" and "legitimate" AAS source for use. As for AAS use, I do not support or recommend AAS cycles. I do, however, advocate for the proper medical care of AAS users. I, also, provide scientific information on their use. I have personally treated far too many AAs users, both prescription and nonprescription, that have their health worsen.

HCG is prescribed for secondary hypogonadism and fertility issues which is used for inconjunction to TRT. I fillout the damn insurance verifications all the time LOL

ok fair enough, but here is what i dont understand. why are you so against someone obtaining AAS from an HRT clinic with a prescription? whats the alternative? they order from overseas? we both know people are going to do it so why not get them from an HRT clinic? Most people like myself who are on the boards try their best to educate themselves on how to use AAS in the safest manner possible. so whats the big deal here?

[It should be noted that AAS do have certain statutory restrictions on their use. That is for another post, but can be found within the state CSA as well as the federal statutes. There is also the very real and imposing state restriction of the Medical Practice Act, which is fairly uniform amongst states. The consideration is the term "legitimate medical purpose." Again, for a later discussion]

The FDCA gives the Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") the authority and responsibility for approving newly developed drugs or medical devices before they may be used in medical practice. [21 U.S.C. § 355.] Approval of a drug or device is contingent upon a showing of its safety and its efficacy in achieving its purported effects. [21 U.S.C. § 355(d).]

Once the FDA approves a drug or device for one particular use, however, a physician may legitimately prescribe it for uses other than those identified in the FDA approval - so-called "off-label" uses - according to the physician's professional judgment regarding the best course of treatment. [21 U.S.C. § 396 ("Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or interfere with the authority of a health care practitioner to prescribe or administer any legally marketed device to a patient for any condition or disease within a legitimate health care practitioner-patient relationship."). See also Buckman Co. v. Plaintiffs' Legal Comm., 531 U.S. 341, 350-51 (2001) ("[T]he FDCA expressly disclaims any intent to directly regulate the practice of medicine and... off-label use is generally accepted." (internal citations omitted)); James M. Beck and Elizabeth D. Azari, FDA, Off-Label Use, and Informed Consent: Debunking Myths and Misconceptions, 53 Food & Drug L.J. 71,72 (1998) ("It is an accepted principle that once FDA determines that a drug or device can be marketed, a physician's discretionary use of that product (the practice of medicine) is not restricted to the uses indicated on FDA-regulated labels. Off-label use is widespread in the medical community and often is essential to giving patients optimal medical care....").]

Therefore, while FDA approval of the specific use of a drug may support a conclusion that such a use constitutes the legitimate practice of medicine, the lack of approval for a specific use does not necessarily mean that use falls outside the scope of legitimate medical practice. [See United States v. Evers, 643 F.2d 1043, 1049 (5th Cir. 1981) ("[T]he provisions of the [FDCA] and the regulations of the FDA that are now in force do not prevent [a physician] from prescribing for uses not approved by the FDA drugs which have been approved by the FDA for some other purpose.").]

Good afternoon members,

things regarding this thread have really taken on a life of their own as they have been continually fueled by dr. Scally. Dr. Scally, i'm not really sure what i ever did to harm you or your highly regarded reputation as a medical professional, as i have never had any type of contact or interaction with you, and i'm questioning why you, as a moderator of this great site, who has the control to remove this thread will not do so? Not only is this information about hgh "blue tops" along with all of the other slanderous and defaming information regarding me, bogus and untruthful, it is also illegal. Furthermore, it is not only illegal for cvictorg/victor ron, owner of spectrum services to publicly slander and defame me with these lies, it is also illegal for you, millard baker, and mesomorphosis to continue to take part in allowing this website to be used as a vehicle for victor ron and spectrum services to slander and defame me with these lies after it has been brought to your attention. Not only are you personally, as the moderator who clearly stated, "the thread stays", breaking the law, as an accomplice to cvictorg/victor ron/spectrum, but you have also made the conscious decision to see to it that millard baker and mesomorphosis are just as guilty as you are as i have personally left millard baker three emails very politely and professionally requesting that this thread be removed, and it is you, in your exact words stating that "the thread stays". This entire thread has been and will continue to be copied and saved. I met with my attorneys last night and have filed a lawsuit citing you personally, dr. Scally, millard baker, mesomorphosis, "c'victorg", victor ron, juan hernandez, and spectrum services llc as libel for slander and defamation of character. All parties will be receiving certified letters by mail this week. It's unfortunate that you made a personal choice, based on ego, to allow these viscous and untrue attacks on me and my reputation to continue. You, by your statement, "the thread stays", have made it more than clear that you put your own fragile ego in front of the well being of your own medical career, reputation, livelihood, and the best interest of millard baker and mesomorphosis. My name has not only been publicly slandered on this site because of you and your associates, it has now been slandered by these gross untruths, worldwide, as mesomorphosis, by way of your refusal to remove this thread, and millard baker's choice to not remove it himself, after three documented requests, has associated my name with gross untruths of selling hgh illegally on the very first page of google, the largest seach engine in the world, when my name is entered.

I will not lower myself any further by responding to any post following this one. The reason i chose to leave spectrum and take all of my clients with me was clearly documented by "ythrashin" in a previous post and my clients have all already contacted me via phone, text, or email....... Is that illegal doc...?..... And made it clear that they are following me to what will be a better and more professional environment for everyone.... Is that illegal either... Doc??

Its unfortunate that a "man", that calls himself a doctor, does not have the guts to call me personally...... (248) 345-8412..... If he has something to say to me.... Rather than play tough guy on a computer and ruin his own reputation by jumping on a bandwagon of lies and untruths. All you've done is is see to it that you and your associates will be involved in a huge lawsuit and make me look even better to all of the people who believe in me and what i've done for their lives. I thank you for that.

Chip clearly put in writing that Spectrum is having issues with the quality of their products. If Chip knew that then why was he taking orders from patients up until his final day? If there was any chance that being a possibility wouldn't he tell the clients so that NO HARM would come?

I've never got a call from any doctor, or anyone else for that matter. I'm over 40 with confirmed secondary hypogonadism. I just wanted an affordable, reliable place to work with that's above board and legit. I didn't sign up for this mess.

This thread is nothing but Propaganda. Too many people have agendas and I for one am happy to have anyone around that can get me an affordable prescription for my TRT purposes.

My position is very simple and clear. Unfortunately, i feel that i may have not came across quite as clear in my email to my clients as i now wish i would have. I am human and obviously not quite as educated as dr. Scally. Actually, there was a post on here that said that he wasn't really a doctor and questioning why he lost his license, but there was never answer to that?????? Clients that had a problem with a medication as a form of therapy would contact me, send me pictures, etc. When a client had a problem, i would immediately contact the owners of spectrum and even give the owners cell phone numbers to the clients that had issues. Unfortunately, i had to give these clients the cell phone number for one of the owners of spectrum, who actually uses three, yes that is correct, three separate names!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Juan hernandez/john henry/dennis moore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When i would continually be promised by the owner of the company that any time there was a documented complaint that the entire batch of medication would be pulled from the shelves of the pharmacy, and not to recommend that medication until a new batch was finished, i wouldnt. When i was told that a medication for therapy was back in stock, and told to start recommending it agian, i would. I am not the chemist, as i'm sure dr. Scally is that also, and i dont make the medications. And all of my clients that know me, know that i would never put them in harms way. I don't need to defend myself on that. A chian is only as stron as its weakest link. That is why chip wadowski chose to get rid of the weak link, spectrum.
I think the picture is painted pretty clearly.....

A company whose owner uses three separate alias's....... Wait, scally.... Is that common medical practice of any sort????...... Just wondering...lol

or.......

Chip wadowski...... Who has hundreds of clients that will stand up and vouch for his excellence in care, service, knowledge, and relationships..... Wait, scally.... Are any of those qualities illegal..??? Lol

Could someone who know or cares about what all this is about please sum up what the issue is for the merely curious who would rather spend their time more productively rather than wading thru 8 pages of posts?

Does anyone on here realize that one of the two owners of Spectrum Services is a guy whos name is VICTOR RON.... hmmmm.... "CVICTORG..... VICTOR RON...?
Nawwww... no coincidence there... lol

I'm [PHYNEUS MAXIMUS] actually a client of Chip Wadowski's and damn proud to say so. When I started my therapy at Spectrum, Victor Ron was my "consultant". The protocol that he had me on was 600mg/day of DECA..... and 200mg/day of test cyp... YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY! .... along with 50mg/day of OXYMETHYLONE. I was completely fucked up, couldnt get my dick hard to save my life. I was totally new to therapy and had no idea what I was doing. My wife couldnt get pregnant cause I couldn't fire a nut because that asshole had no clue what he was doing! By the grace of God, for some reason, VICTOR RON passed me off to Chip Wadowski for him to be my consultant. Chip was absolutely disgusted at the fact that I was using DECA and CYP ass backwards, was never prescribed any kind of AI, and never HCG. ONE YEAR LATER, I GOT MY WIFE PREGNANT AND WE NOW HAVE A BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY BABY GIRL!..... ALL THANKS TO CHIP WADOWSKI SAVING ME FROM VICTOR RON AND SPECTRUM. So when I heard today that Chip's name was getting slammed, I owed it to my little girl to let the truth be known. Chip is now one of my best friends in this world, for obvious reasons, and ALWAYS defended SPECTRUM even he he should have jetted a long time ago. Chip is one of the most professional and loyal people I have ever met in my life and it's really pathetic that the actual OWNER of SPECTRUM SERVICES has so little to do with his time that he has to resort to these pitiful tactics to try and steal the clients that Chip has helped over the years. I'm assuming that is what happens when one single consultant is so good that he is bringing in more business by himself than the company's entire sales force combined. This thread is a joke. I'm shocked that the moderators would even want to let this site be involved with it. Chip must have been a pretty valuable asset to the company if its owner is trying so feverishly to slam him????

BTW.... why are SPECTRUM'S OWNERS slamming him here, yet using his photo's with bogus information regarding his age, that Chip never authorized, as their National marketing phlyer, the face of their company, and the advertising of their facebook page??? huh

actually, scally...... Wadowski is wadowski.

I think the first thing ALL should recognize is your mode of operating. Are you going to admit that PHYNEUS MAXIUMUS AND CHIP WADOWSKI are one and the same? Once ALL know this is TRUE, your credibility is destroyed.

[If I have the time and energy, I will address some of your absurd statements. And why are you saying I caused the thread to "flame," when I had nothing to do with the thread starting and only point out that the evidence indicates you do NOT know squat about HRT/TRT.]

Still no one has answered can patients of Spectrum be in legal trouble? Were the prescriptions obtained legally? If not can you then be charged with possession?

It looks like this dispute will be hitting the courts and will certainly open the eyes of the govt.

How could a patient be prosecuted because a doctor prescribed them a medication? Do you have any idea what the implications would be if that were to happen? Do you know how many doctors prescribe pain killers to patients who don't need them? Or medications in general to patients that don't need them? It happens all the time. The gov't is very careful not to intervene, because of the obvious implications.

You cited an article about a Cleveland cop who got busted for buying steroids for non-medical purposes. My interpretation of that was he had purchased so much juice that it was obvious he was distributing (ie a non-medical purpose). He was probably a source for other officers in the department. Not only that, but he was having the insurance company pay for it all. His downfall was likely the insurance company crying foul. He was committing fraud.

You probably didn't catch this about the fireman in Cleveland who was busted for the same thing, yet plead guilty...

" Former Cleveland firefighter Craig Romey, 39, also bought steroids from Scruggs and billed Medical Mutual. He served 30 days of probation after pleading guilty in May to drug possession.

His driver's license was suspended until Nov. 14. He paid back $22,355 to Medical Mutual and now lives in Las Vegas, according to court records. "

Jury finds Cleveland police officer guilty of buying steroids illegally | cleveland.com

The dude bought $22,000 worth of AAS, likely distributed to his co-workers, committed insurance fraud and got 30 days probation on a plea deal. And you are worried about the Feds prosecuting someone for being prescribed medication by a doctor? Would be a complete waste of taxpayer money, not to mention the totally wrong thing to do as it is obvious here there were honest-hearted clients of this organization who didn't have a clue what they were getting into. (and that's assuming these claims about spectrum are true -- which i have no way of knowing)

I'm not a lawyer, but unless you are buying tons of juice and getting your insurance company to cover it all, I think you have nothing to worry about.
