You are correct. I am a Maximus Client in limbo as I cannot get my scripts refilled and Maximus Clients are being told that everything will be back to normal soon.
The founder of Maximus, who would frequent another board in which the TRT Forum was sponsored by Maximus, is nowhere to be found. He just disappeared around mid- January 2012. Go figure.
But as it stands now, it appears that no one is getting meds, no one is responding to client needs, except 3J, who is the Diet Sponsor on the same board...but he cannot read blood work as he's not a doc and he can't provide refills so what good is he? He is not allowing anyone to post anything regarding the issues their having with Maximus.
My plan is to take a wait and see approach with Maximus. I WILL NOT BE GIVING ANYONE AT MAXIMUS MY PAYMENT INFO UNTIL I KNOW WHO I AM DEALING WITH AND WHERE MY MEDS ARE COMING FROM.
I would strongly advise anyone else to do the same. Give Maximus a few weeks to get their shit together. The problem is, 2 weeks ago 3J stated that everything would be back to normal in 2 weeks.......
I do want to state that the founder of Maximus is/was a great guy to deal with. HE WAS MAXIMUS. He made Maximus a pleasure to deal with. But he is GONE, so it doesn't matter now...

Personally i would stay away from that guy 'CHIP' who runs the whole thing.
I browse their forum and he is a big baby, when people question things on the forum he pretty much abuses them, ive seen him mention how patients were crying to him over the phone etc and NAMING THEM ON THE FORUM!... not a nice guy.

Chip is gone now. My point in posting what I did is to give every one fair warning...MaximusHRT is shaky right now....

I was over on that board and all of the Maximus clients sounded like a heard of sheep. I've read a couple posts by 'Chip' - the founder of Maximus TRT, and all he would blab about is f'ing his wifes hole, feeling strong, etc etc - acting like an alpha male. All of his posts made him come off as an unintelligent individual. Not to mention he has no respective credentials for his position.
The guy is basically prescribing legal Rx's close to BB doses. IIRC he had one of his clients on stanozolol.

Question being was he acting as on be half of the Dr calling the scripts in to the pharamacy? The pharmacy would also be liable for steroid distribution..Just a matter time before DEA catches up.
I was a Maximus client for just about a year. I thought I would share my experiences. I have no agenda and no grudge against anyone. I am simply stating my experience. I started with Maximus after having several conversations with Chip and developing a comfort level with him. I filled out the necessary paperwork and sent it in. Saw my doctor for my physical and had my initial bloodwork done at Labcorp. In discussing my initial protocol not once did I speak to a doctor, just Chip. I thought there would be a phone consultation with the doctor at some point. There wasn't. Chip sent me the price list (which I still have if anyone wants to see it, I can email it to you). I went down the list and talked to him about certain items. Together we settled on using a test blend (E, C, and P), HCG, Arimidex and Oxandrolone (anavar) and Stanozolol (winstrol) tabs. Again, this is just me and Chip talking about this and then I give him my credit card # and the order is processed. I had it at my door in 3 days. I was still a little disturbed that I hadn't actually talked to a doctor. But I was happy to have my medication and did start feeling much better after starting my injections. Chip said I should start off at 200mgs/week divided into 2 injections.
When I called him to talk about refilling my prescription he said, "Sure, just tell me what you want". I asked about Nandrolone (Deca), and he said absolutely, not a problem. This is when I realized something wasn't right. I have since stopped using Maximus because of this and the myriad of other troubles they are having. They are becoming incredibly deceitful and I'm guessing they are not far away from being investigated unless already are. I see on another forum that Maximus is now expanding their network to multiple states to set up face to face Dr visits.

I saw that. But I think it's all just a run-around. Maximus doesn't have the resources to "fly all over the country and expand Maximus". Maximus was just Chip and his partner, who I think is this Steve guy. There is no one else. I think he tried hiring a couple of sales guys to go into forums and get set up but that didn't work out because people eventually find out that it actually is just legal cycles. Right now Steroidology and Chip's partner are just trying to do whatever they can to protect the cash flow coming in. But, the damage is done. In about 6 months or so there will be another posting on ology about how Chip is back with another company. Just like he did when he left/got fired from Spectrum.
You might be right. I could never figure out how they dispensed controlled substances without a face to face visit with a doctor? They do not hide the fact that you do not need a face to face, maybe the government got on him and is forcing him to set up this way so he can continue his business? If he is breaking the law and not enforcing a face to face he will not be opening a new business he can be indicted for selling illegal steroids under the guise of TRT?
i used them for 8 months now , the only one i have ever used for my meds., hope they get there stuff togather, they always treated me good, but i here there having some trouble, but its suppossed to be solved now, according to chip the main man over there ,who just reappeared after a month, 
i think you have to know and trust yourself when on TRT cause most doc's don't know shit about theses things ,so readup on it youself , and let them guide ya in the right direction with your meds. i feel good with the way they have guided me,........around where i live, the doc's are so stuipid, just as well not go to them[
