1 gr of test E or 500mg Test E and 500mg Deca

Which do you feel is more productive for mass 1 gram of test E a week or 500mg Test E and 500mg of Deca a week. I know everybody responds different and seem to only get stronger sides with a lot test than a combo of 2 compounds.
 
Have never used Deca (although I have heard a lot of good things about it) but a cycle of Test E and EQ did very well for me helping with mass.
 
Its completely dependent upon how you respond to each compound. I still will say its moreso a diet issue not a compound question. You already know that I'm sure so onto your question and my view. I would prob opt for the test deca. My reasoning is that deca gives some joint relief to some that could allow you to lift bigger on cycle thus greater gains. That is purely based on my research and not my personal experience since I have never used deca.
 
I have used Eq a lot but didnt use it as a compound in this question because a lot of people say its worthless,i have used both Eq and deca and prefer EQ,deca made me more bloated even on a clean diet. My problem with high test doses is the bad side effects.I have done a lot of cycles and a medium test and high anabolic compound work better for me.I have done 1500mg total a week of test eq and tren and had great resuts but the side effects were really bad as i got into the later weeks of the cycle.

If It were me I would go with 600mg Test E. and 500mg Deca a week. I think this is plenty for whatever you are trying to do. It's all about what you eat, how you train, and how you rest. I know you know that, just pointing it out. :)

I have never gone over 600mg of test a week.

the combination of 2 or more compounds it's no doubt more effective then using only one compound even at a high dose.Right now im on:d-bol,test-e,eq,tren e...later im gonna drop the d-bol and use anavar,masteron-e,test-p,tren-e,eq,clen and t4

I would not run 500mg deca ew
I rec 500mgteste ew 15wks
300mg deca ew 12 weeks
 
Off topic but Max Payne your wheels looks ridiculously big! What's your routine?

Always high volume!Always 3 basic exercices,,,the rest i change it.Everytime try to shock the muscle.Try superseting time after time.25-30 total woking sets just for the QUADS...:explode::drama::bump:

^^^^ I've done both this and the 1g of Test E a week and I feel like I got better gains with the deca. My sides were much more manageable as well in my opinion. So I would say go with what Juced or mands suggested before going the 1g of test route.
 
Test E and Deca, deca makes me look Chinese. Aesthetically it isn't the best option but the gain are great and makes your tendons and joints feel great.

Sworder! I'm sure you have, but did you watch your sodium and water intake while on Deca and Test. I just have noticed if I almost double my water intake and cut my sodium to the bare minimum I can avoid what you are talking about. As you know water is simply the best natural diuretic out there. I do alter a few other things such as simple and complex carbs. I also try to stick with fibrous carbs and this seems to help.

I LOVE stacking test with maste regardless if bulking or cutting.

Yes, I have tried every trick in the book but I seem to be very susceptible to bloat. Tren gives me the bloat as well, not as bad as the deca and I didn't even know that it is possible to get bloated on tren when it makes people cut up. I am running deca now and using cab, was planning on seeing if it helps a little. If the cab doesn't work, I have no idea how to avoid it. Been on for barely a week, frontloaded 1g Tuesday, hopefully I won't be squinting in a week or so!

I think this is good advice, though I have had no problem running 750 mg/wk of long ester Test. I myself do not like the bloating (including facial) of Deca, but if you want mass, bloat first then work it down.

Please enlighten me about your sodium restriction. Can you be more specific about salt intake? Is it limited to less than 1-2 gms per day for example. Because I too would like to drop those bloated pounds common to Deca and Test cycles, IMO.

Honestly Dr JIM I have never figured the exact amount. I do cut myself down to a limited supply of things to eat when doing this. I obviously do not add any table salt to my foods. I cut out high sodium cheeses(processed or parmesan), ham, bacon, hamburger, salami, sausage, cereals(only eat on occasion anyways), pickles(love them), soy sauce and if you are from down under stay away from Vegemite. lol

I also up my water at least 1 gallon a day and this helps as well.
