If your package is being sent BACK to a location it was sent from before, this usually indicates that they can't locate the address, IMO. And I am willing to bet that PEP uses a fake sender address, so this would explain why it keeps bouncing back and forth. When it gets to the point where they can't locate the SENDER address they will open the pack. So if you give them a call and they have already discovered the contents they will probably try setting you up with the good ol' postal inspector and local LE.

Don't call, they probably have your IP address from checking the tracker now though
. If in fact they cannot locate your address and they can't return to sender, they will eventually open it at the Mail Recovery Center (this is where "lost" mail goes). I have known of sources accidentally putting wrong info on the package, it happens. And USPS isn't as incompetent as people here are making them seem, I have never lost anything in the mail, at the worst I might get something late. It is possible that USPS could screw up, but it isn't as frequent as you may believe.

Update #2 on the greek yogurt experiment..
King said it gets better so I had to give it another whirl..
I altered the amount of honey and vanilla whey and it was actually very good!!I think I've found a new snack/meal to add into the rotation..
Hopefully we've all learned a little something from this, I appreciate all your support guys..
I like getting the "pineapple in the bottom" Greek yogurt or blueberry...then I throw a handful of almonds in there! It's a good late night snack when you want something sweet like a big bowl of ice cream or something.
Yea it made two round trips between major post offices 300 miles apart.
