Figured I'd start a log. Not promising its going to be strictly powerlifting. I'm signed up for 2 strongman comps. One in the middle of June which I'm sure will be rescheduled. Then one the end of July. I will probably do a PL comp in the winter or fall.
Since its dubbed 2020 log ill catch you...
Been a while since I've been on the boards. Lifes been busy, and my computer took a dump on me. But I'm back
Sitting at 12 weeks out, goal is to hit an elite total at 242(possibly 220)to qualify then hopefully get an invite to an invitation only meet. If I dont get an invite, probably do...
I got nothing as far as a witty title goes as usual.
Brief overview in case there are 1-2 new people actually looking at this forum.
Powerlifting for almost 3 years now. Sub par at best. Injured a couple times. Working towards a 1700+ total at 242.
I'm on using the Juggernaut AI program...
Who here has had experience with it? I searched the forum and there was ZERO talk about it. I have a pec strain and it was recommended I use it. Just curious what others results and experiences with it. Read a ton of reviews online and it's sounds great. But we know how that goes sometimes

No fancy title, no gimmicks, just the pursuit of being stronger, bigger and faster. im really excited for the first 6-7 months of training that is planned out. i have yet to see all of it, but after some lengthy conversations with my coach, and giving him feedback as to what seems to work for...
@ruckin @ROB581211 @RodgerThat @Perrin Aybara and myself have decided to do a group log of just our pure unadulterated strength pursuits. Here you will find 5 guys all using different programming with goals and dreams that will revival the best of the best. this is going to be a no bullshit...
Decided to log my current adventure/cycle. The goal is to hit a 1500#total @220lbs by the New year when I will compete in a PL meet. Stats are currently 6'2 220.(pictures will come later when I'm not at work). The log will be indefinite till I hit said goal, whether it'd be on cycle or not...
So I'm planning out my next cycle. I've got everything except orals. Still undecided on that front. All pct and ancillarys are pharm grade. Currently I am 6'2 209 around 12% I have a few cycles under my belt. Goals for the cycle are 220-225 @10% or under. Strenght is also really important to me...
