I gotcha on the other board too.
0.4mg of GH is roughly 1IU
1mg=2.7IU of GH

Thanks Einstein , I appreciate your reply . I was hoping it was a little more than that . He said that he was going to start me off at a low dosage for six weeks to see if I had any sides and then he would increase . I'm to go back in six weeks so that he can check 1gf levels and then go from there . I'll pm you soon , I have some other questions for you as far as running some test with this . Thanks again , Topcat

Don't take your GH within 36-48h of your bloodwork. This will be sufficient tife to allow your IGF-1 levels to drop back down to your normal physiological levels. If you really want to do all you can to get him to boost your dosages, you may want to eat a big high GI meal within a 4-5 hours of your visit, as this will elevate IGFBP levels too and make your bioavailable IGF-1 levels appear lower...this will be pretty insignificant though, since most is IGFBP-bound anyway.

Who told you 2.7IU of GH ed is not significant? You're taking it permanently, right?

If you want to bump it up to 5.5 ed, why not just cache half your legal supply and do one 5.5. ed cycle 6 months a year?

Greyowl, I'm only recieving .04 mg at the time .Einstein showed me the calculation being 1mg= 2.7 IU , so I'm only recieving about 1/2 iu daily .

Einstein--Don't be telling people how to cheat on their doctors. Do you know how hard it is for a physician to go ahead and offer GH and TRT? Think about it for a second. If I EVER find out one of my guys has lied to me, I will summarily dismiss him from my practice.

This Forum is dedicated to real, healthful HRT. True optimisation of health. And 1IU of GH per day is usually all that it takes to do that.

Just last night I was on the phone with one of the premier Anti-Aging specialists in the world, and she told me of a certain Internet so-called "HRT Clinic" that gave a patient with insulin resistance problems already, and a strong family history of Type II diabetes, and sold him 4IU of GH per day. Now he is sick, and will be for the rest of his life. Why? So they can make more money. THIS is not what we are about here.

Dr. Thierry Hertoghe, whose feet I am happy to sit at, produces tremendous results in his patients on as little as .25IU of GH per day. I am still learning how he does that, but it includes perfect baancing of all other hormones as well. Man, do I LOVE this stuff!

Fair enough....my answer doesn't have a place in this particular forum. I got the impression that the individual wasn't happy with the dose he'd been prescribed, and recommended a way in which to get that dose increased. To say that doses above the typical doses normally prescribed for HRT aren't healthy is not necessarily true either. Insulin resistance isn't a guarantee even at 4IU/day for extended periods.
Still, this forum is a true HRT forum, so you're right regarding my advice. My apology.

Thank you for your graciousness, Einstein. No apologies necessary here, Bro.

I was on the phone with one of the eminent TRT physicians on the planet a couple nights ago, and she told me she had cared for a patient who is now sick for life after being administered "HRT" by one of the Internet so-called "HRT Clinics" (who obviously are only out to make money for themselves, and could not care less about the health and well-being of their "patients"). This is why I, and al other legitimate Anti-Aging Physicians, absolutley loathe operators like these.
