1 Andro Log...

The Summary....

Started 1-Andro Rx at 190lbs, took two capsules daily (am,pm) with food for four weeks, whey and casein protein @ 200 grams daily, Liquid Multi-Vitamin daily...Diet was mainly Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Fish, with oatmeal and fruit in the am...

Normal workout routine, Mon-Fri, cardio 3 times a week and weekends totally off (occasional evening walk with the fam)...

At week four, I weighed in at 204lbs and my body fat had dropped only 1.5% (was hoping for more, but weekend foodies halted that)
Increased vascularity was noticeable as well as good pumps during training...Bench press went from 245 to 265 for normal workout, Squats went up 50lbs, and Deads were up 40 or so, pretty even strength gains IMO...

No unusual side effects that I noticed, although maybe a tad more acne on my rear delt and lat area, not bad though...Water retention was minimal or even none...

As far as my PCT, never got the chance with the crap that went down with the family, although I never lost sex drive or any other type of shutdown, felt pretty good actually and still do...

1-Andro is a very good pro-hormone IMO (acts like a dry dbol) with small but decent gains. I am still at about 202 and look about the same a month after stopping 1-Andro, pumps are gone though...

I would suggest 1-Andro to anyone starting out and looking for decent results with little to no side effects, gains were pretty good (to my surprise) too, or to anyone looking to add onto their cycle for a little more, "Umpff"...
