a dude at the gym recommended 4 or so weeks of it. I nodded in agreement, whilst thinking he was crazy. I've never done it before, but there's a lot written on them to break a plateau.
Any experience with such high rep sets? Some talk about only doing it with 1-2 muscle groups at a time, others recommend whole body. I'm interested in trying something different so why not... I'm thinking a basic split routine something like this to see how it goes Training With One-Hundred Repetitions!
