To be honest I don’t eat that clean. I usually avoid soda or drinks with sugar but sometimes have sweetened iced tea. I have ice cream at least once a week, pizza on weekends, etc.
Breakfast is always the same:
1/2 cup dry oats, 2 tablespoons cream, 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup roasted pumpkin seeds and 1 tablespoon honey. (42g P)
Then shake with 1 scoop ON Pro Gainer + 2 1/2 cups 2% milk. Half on the way to the gym, half after workout. (80g P)
After the gym usually hamburgers - double Big Mac or similar. (40g P)
Snack in the afternoon: either cliff builder or combat crunch bar, with Starbucks latte. (30g P)
If I am home, dinner is 10-12 ounces sirloin steak or chicken breast with 2 cups jasmine rice & a vegetable. (60g P). If I’m out I’ll have all-you-can-eat sushi, BBQ chicken or more hamburgers.
In the evening I eat a few fruit yogurts, sometimes ice cream, maybe a peanut butter sandwich or granola bars if calories total is below 4K. If I am low on protein for the day I’ll have a whey shake before bed.
