12 week test/deca

What else were you running along side of it ?? Deca and Test ?? Just curious. Don’t think I’ve ever heard many people get too many side effects from Anavar. That or maybe they just never mentioned much about them.
Yes, just deca and test.

It could have been unrelated to the anavar. I’ll try it again sometime with just Test and see what happens.

Tue 4296 (441C / 170F / 240P)
Wed 4163 (433C / 159F / 259P)
Thu 4431 (461C / 175F / 250P)

Should finish my first vial of Deca next week, so have to decide if I want to open the next vial or switch to NPP.

How many weeks. I like deca a lot just takes some time to build. Usually week 6-7 starts really showing
 
I’ve been sick - 3 days of not eating and missed 2 days of training so far. Down 4 pounds but I hope a lot of that is just dehydration. Starting to feel better so I hope I’ll be able to get back to the gym tomorrow and start eating normally soon.
 
Looking good man, obviously you eat very clean. Care to lay out the specifics of your diet meal by meal so we can see your macros timing and such?

To be honest I don’t eat that clean. I usually avoid soda or drinks with sugar but sometimes have sweetened iced tea. I have ice cream at least once a week, pizza on weekends, etc.

Breakfast is always the same:
1/2 cup dry oats, 2 tablespoons cream, 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup roasted pumpkin seeds and 1 tablespoon honey. (42g P)

Then shake with 1 scoop ON Pro Gainer + 2 1/2 cups 2% milk. Half on the way to the gym, half after workout. (80g P)

After the gym usually hamburgers - double Big Mac or similar. (40g P)

Snack in the afternoon: either cliff builder or combat crunch bar, with Starbucks latte. (30g P)

If I am home, dinner is 10-12 ounces sirloin steak or chicken breast with 2 cups jasmine rice & a vegetable. (60g P). If I’m out I’ll have all-you-can-eat sushi, BBQ chicken or more hamburgers.

In the evening I eat a few fruit yogurts, sometimes ice cream, maybe a peanut butter sandwich or granola bars if calories total is below 4K. If I am low on protein for the day I’ll have a whey shake before bed.
 
Weighed 178 this AM.
Very happy with this slow & steady gain. No noticeable bloating, maybe look a little softer but abs are still clearly visible.

You are blessed! Those processed sugars stick on me pretty fast even at high doses. But oh how I do miss them so. Mmmm Big Macs and bbq sauce.
 
Up 10 pounds now.
Body fat callipers still show the same: 2mm chest, 4mm abdomen, 5mm thighs.

I am impressed with how lean the gains have been so far, especially since I am not eating clean.
 
Update:

Over the 12 weeks I steadily gained 10 pounds. No bloating, no real sides, and stayed very lean.

Took a week off for vacation and now will do 4 weeks of recomp, hoping to shed a little fat but keep weight the same.
