I was listening to this on ESPN a few days ago and laughed so hard I couldn't stop laughing. She claims she has irrefutable evidence and one of those evidence is that he barely could lift 100lbs and then in 6 months he went all the way up to 310lbs on the bench press.

Those are some massive gains right there. I wish I could make gains like that in just 2 years of cycling let alone 6 months.

Amazing.

I am being sarcastic ofcourse.

Whats even worst is that members of the media knew this book was coming out months ago and some knew that she would claim she had proof of his usage as far back as high school and yet they are reporting this as if this is newly credible news.

What is worst is that her book and claims of him going from barely being able to lift 100lbs to being able to lift 310lbs on the bench in just 6 months will do more to get kids and teenagers to start experimenting performance enhancing drugs and supplements then A-Rod could ever do.
