Press Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

John Crisler, DO Receives 2010 Best of Lansing Award

U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement

NEW YORK, NY, June 9, 2010 -- John Crisler, DO has been selected for the 2010 Best of Lansing Award in the Physicians & Surgeons category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).

The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2010 USCA Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

Local Business Association.
From everything we can find, this is just one more ploy to profit off the universal desire for recognition and approval. We are advising people to steer clear, unless they want to pay $180 for what looks to be a meaningless office decoration.

Pat Joshu, executive director of St. Louis’ Immigrant & Refugee Program, said she was immediately suspicious when her organization received a press release from the U. S. Commerce Association notifying it of an award. Not only had Joshu never heard of the association, she discovered that if she ever wanted to display the “hand-polished crystal” award in her office, she would have to pay the $179.99 cost herself.

On its Web site, the U. S. Commerce Association says the award program was “created to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of businesses and organizations in and around St. Louis.”

Other than the material on its Web site, there seems to be little publicly available about the U. S. Commerce Association. The site says its offices are in Washington, D. C., and a representative of the BBB that covers the area said that office has begun receiving inquiries about the association in the past several days. A recently updated BBB report says that the association’s Web site is a match to the Web site of an association with a similar name – U. S. Local Business Association. Both groups identify Ashley Carter as chair of the associations’ selection committees. And both groups report virtually identical award programs, the BBB says. The Washington, D. C. – area BBB office gives U. S. Local Business Association an “F” grade and warns that persons contacted about awards must be sure the recognition is not, “in fact, an attempt to obtain access to a company’s information or to elicit funds by an entity that may not be what it represents itself as being.”

cvictorg, thanks for pointing out it was a "buy your own" award. I wouldn't have caught that.

Most of the cult can tell you the taste but not appearance of his ass. That is because they blindly kiss it. The main five of you know who you are. Now go pucker up some more.

We might agree on certain things! Chinese proverb says, “A wise man makes his own decisions, an ignorant man follows public opinion.” You are a wise man.

Someone has made a post asking if Crisler bought the award.

This should be good.

This should be hilarious. Be prepared for all of the BS one might imagine! Keep us updated on how they support this "award." Crilser even titles the thread, "New Award for the Mantle." http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/showthread.php?p=101218 [Note: Read the internal contradictions in the PR. It reads that Crisler bought this "award." This is comical. And, Crisler, what about the award code?]

This is a total SCAM. This is similar to the Who's Who Scam.

There is no "tit for tat" between Crisler and myself. There is no territorial rivalry! I am in the appeal process for license revocation. Crisler is just FOS. Let's just see what Crisler and his minions have to say about the "award." [Use the Search tool.]

The following from the SCAM site says it all. The recipient must PAY for the award!!! Yes, all were right who smelled something STINKY! Also, if you even bother to read the SCAM PR, how does this SCAM organization know about the success of the marketing without input from the "source?" And this is not for medical care, but for "marketing." In the case of Crisler, SCAMMING. Crilser is so ignorant, he steps in his own shit in the pursuit of fame! The ATM posters would be insulted if it were not for their own ignorance. Spin It, Crisler. [Personal Attack, Attack, Attack - But never answer the question.] LMFAO

Here are a few more links for Crisler's Award! The list is endless. Crisler will take this opportunity to personally attack, as he does always, but will never answer the main question. Crisler has done what many already knew, prove to all he is a joke and scammer. [Oh! I suppose all of these folks are wrong about the SCAM, but Crisler is right? This list is unbelievable - including California Small Business Development Center and New Jersey Credit Union League. Crisler did not know!!! Suckers. Wake Up.]

Wow-- just WOW!!!

First let me say that I submit that Crisler's paper on "TRT- A Recipe for success" has helped thousands and thousands of people like me find a "start" to helping us solve problems caused by hypogonadism. For that, he deserves a plaque! Furthermore he knows an incredible amount about blood parameters and what they might mean to hypogonadics. I have had my differences with him (most political ideology that I believe has no place on a health forum) but I do respect his knowledge

BUT he has a huge, uncontrollable ego and is very short-tempered and he will beat you down if you disagree with him because he is a classic internet "tough guy."

To me it is a bit sad to think that someone who has helped so many would stoop to "brow beatings, and political preaching on his own HEALTH forum " and feeding his own ego with a scam award!!!!!! Just why would he do that?:confused::confused::confused:

Sad indeed!

So Doc - did you spring for the $199.99 package or just the $79.99 plaque?

You have no idea how the world works.

Did you expect this group to buy--literally--thousands of plaques to spread all over the country? That would cost millions of dollars, and in this economy.

Here's another point, obvious to all who comprehend reality: EVERY trade group makes money from what they do. NOTHING is free. That includes the AMA, the American Cancer Society, the AARP, National and state Chambers of Commerce, etc. It's just how the world works.

You actually came over here, and registered, to post THAT?! Your actions are admirable only to men of low character.

Dude--Man Up!

and so the battle rages on LOL

Where is the battle? Crisler stepped in his own shit. The evidence speaks for itself. I am sure he will do all he can to suppress any opinion otherwise. I am sure he will opine that everyone else is wronging him out of envy or jealousy. Crisler's insecurity is out in front for all to see and read. He is a joke. And he knows it.

I hate to break it to you, but Crisler's TRT paper is a POS. I have commented on the multiple errors elsewhere. Also, you do not see this cited anywhere in the published literature (PubMed). Crisler is a giant in his own mind. This part of your post has him pegged exactly. He is an intellectual wimp. Crisler runs from the peer reviewed literature because he is so stupid. The facts will always defeat his BS. For example, 24-hour urine testing. DHEA backfilling in TRT, adrenal fatigue, and more. [The political angle is pathetic.]

A classic Crisler meltdown!!! Crisler is incapable of logic so he imagines and produces his own. It will cost millions of dollars. WTF!!! Even an elementary school student can see through this BS. Let's see: They manufacture 1000s of these "awards" ahead of time without knowing the recipient. And he wants you to swallow his logic (i.e., BS). And as for trade groups, I do not know of one reputable organization that sells awards to those that want them except SCAMS. I am surprised he has not said that everyone else is WRONG and he is right. Give it time - he will, it is part of his MO. The inescapable bottom line is the award is a SCAM (and he basically admits that he did buy the award)!
