I hate to break it to you, but Crisler's TRT paper is a POS. I have commented on the multiple errors elsewhere. Also, you do not see this cited anywhere in the published literature (PubMed). Crisler is a giant in his own mind. This part of your post has him pegged exactly. He is an intellectual wimp. Crisler runs from the peer reviewed literature because he is so stupid. The facts will always defeat his BS. For example, 24-hour urine testing. DHEA backfilling in TRT, adrenal fatigue, and more. [The political angle is pathetic.]
See: TRT: A Recipe for Success - Cautionary Advice! by Michael Scally, M.D.
It is my understanding the TRT paper has changed since this link. But, I am told it includes the use of 24-hour urine testing, which is without support and a farce.

[But, we are getting off-topic. What about that "award?"]
I have the answer to this long asked riddle.
Scally and crisler is one person.

Someone has made a post asking if Crisler bought the award.
This should be good.
realistically though.
How does accepting a sham award (if everything about it being a sham is true) make crisler some kind of scammer? People are going to flock to him because he got some shitty plaque nobody ever heard of? I've only heard of a handful of unhappy patients of his, so i assume hes doing something right....
A very emotional topic. . You will be assimilated. Logic is irrelevant

Well I was a patient of Crisler and feel I wasted my time and money. I took the 24 hour hormonal urine test and paid without insurance. Crisler received a copy of the test and would not let me see it until I talked with him via phone for $60. I had no idea what was on the test. So I asked dumb questions like how was my estradiol..he answered ok. How was my thyroid and adrenals..he answered ok without telling me what any measures were. He then said start taking DHEA 50mg per day it's low. That was it, 10min and $60. When I paid him $5 to receive a copy of my 24 hour urine test and saw the 29 different hormonal measures and their ranges I had a 100 questions. So I sent him an email with those questions which was never ever answered. Thus I felt I had been scammed and stopped seeing Crisler..
I respect your opinion but could you please elaborate on why the 24-hr hormone urine test is invalid, and what is DHEA backfilling in TRT?
Thanks...this is not meant as a challenge but only a request for your opinion.
All I can say for me, I use both. But I feel like the urine gives a more accurate showing of how I am really feeling.
But I would like to know why he feels it's invalid. Also not a challenge. We are here to learn aren't we?
