The UK steroid laws have always been fairly sensible especially when compared to the USA and Australia. They always focused on harm reduction. Steroid use was a health issue and not a legal issue.

This time they threw concern for harm reduction out the window. These latest changes just don't make sense.

UK steroid users have been able to order pharmaceutical human grade steroids legally. (Also, the personal possession of UGL steroids was illegal.)

Now - it is illegal to order HG steroids over the internet BUT legal to possess UGL steroids.

Not moving in the right direction for harm reduction. Baffling actually (unless it's nothing more than a concession to WADA / IOC because of the 2012 London Olympics).
