So I did my first order on sat afternoon got here Monday 250 on the Eq and a 100 on the Test P so I plan to do eod.

So I did my first shot today 1cc of each. The Test P had no pip as much as i have in the past so that was nice. also for my last post pic A or B changed my food reg. went from 3000 cal mostly chicken sweet potatoes and veggies 8 times a day to 1500 cal

Been on this food reg 3 weeks went from 205 to 190 bf from 15% to 10 % will update with picks and also my work out regiment. and after a month or so blood work. which should be a great indicator how good the gear is. since its been a whole year since i have done anything
 

Looking good. Don't think red meat is bad....it's the fucking shit. 90% plus ground beef....some lean cuts off the cow as well. It's summer my man....fire up the grill and get some steaks going.
Befriend the butcher where you shop and talk to him. It's a skilled trade. Tell him what you're after. Lean cuts. Flank and other shit custom cut for you. Fuck all that poultry.
My old man owned a couple of grocery stores back east when I was a youngster. Russian immigrant....worked hard drank hard. Bad ass butcher. Fucked up thumbs and fingers but we had protein for fucking days.

People just don't understand how important diet is. Then they start a thread asking why they can't get anywhere.
Making excuse after excuse of why they can't eat properly when the answer is obviously they are just too lazy to cook.

I travel for work, have 3 different coolers I use. My food luggage is 4x the size of my clothing.
The shopping, the cooking, freezing, preparation, weighing and measuring... This is where the real work is ,any idiot can lift weights and pin oil!

@biggerben I'm love red meat if a cow were standing in front of me it would be in trouble. But for right now steak will be considered my cheat meal or bison.
 
After a delt shot with hercs test E 400 I got a little swelling and redness. Is that just irritation or has anyone else experienced that?

That'll happen from time to time. I'm not running hercs stuff but just yesterday morning I had to ice down my left delt after a shot of TNE and I've been pinning my delts since 94.

I took a 1ml shot of another brands test400 on Saturday. My leg got sore and swollen to the point where I couldn't walk for two days. The pain stuck around for 4 or 5 days. It has something to do with the high concentration vs amount of oil. I have since used the same brands Test C and absolutely no PIP whatsoever. Google Test400 pip. It's pretty common. If it gets hot or itchy, you probably have a problem. Otherwise you should be ok. Throw a heat pad on it.
