Fine. I really want this resolved, but so far I've only received excuses. I don't like pointing fingers, but yesterday he swore to me that this morning everything would be resolved. But nothing, and he doesn't answer.

I placed an order 2 days ago and I sent him the payment yesterday.
He was responsive on our last couple of e-mails.

Since then, I haven't got any reply but I am sure he will reply sooner or later.
Probably, their support needs to improve if more people are facing the same issue.

Let's get things straight...it seems like everything is resolved...I think he's a good person...but the problem is communication and timing...

I ordered late at night and my package was shipped on the following day (package arrived two days after ordering for me).
Package was extremely well protected and this is the nicest presentation I've ever seen (I've mostly only ordered in North America).
I won't be able to try anything until next week, but it looks delicious. I'll keep everyone updated.
