Who is interested in a Meso rep contest? I'm thinking flat bench with just 135 lbs for as many reps as possible, we'll say the bar has to come within 1" of touching the chest and within about 4-6" of lockout (pump style fast reps) I have $250 worth of supplements I'm willing to give to the winner, winner takes all. I have a few supps from Blackstone labs (Brutal Force, Chosen 1, Gear support) and a bottle of Anabolic Trinity from Hardrock supplements. You shoot a video and post it, list your rep count in the thread under the video. Let's see who the real wolves are around here!!

BTW, a pause at the top is fine if you slow down. You just do as many as you can get without racking that bitch!!!

Doesn't matter who you are or what you're taking, it's open season. 135 lbs for as many as you can get. You post up the video with the rep count listed below in the thread box. Nobody needs to see your face (I know some guys dont wanna be seen), you can just be laying back on a bench and hitting reps. If enough people are interested then I will furnish prizes

What's that matter? I've got a video up on here from last June when I was 215 lbs and I got 35 reps of 225. I've increased my max by 60 lbs since then so who knows what I would get now.

Your right. I started making excuses why I couldn't compete with you guys because I only weigh 158.3 (just got off scale). I should still be able to rep atleast 15-20. Today is push day for me....I see what I can do.

Thanks for motivated comment even though you probably intended to do so.

I might get in on this. I don't want a prize either, I'm just competitive. I can't even begin to guess how many times I can rep 135 though, 75+ maybe? If this happens there's going to be some very long, very boring videos posted. A max reps 405 deadlift seems like it'd be more interesting, but I may be a bit biased.

Also, @OdieM that's badass, what's your max? 475ish? I hit 225x24 a couple weeks ago and I'm only in the high 300's.

DD- is there a reason we dont do this with 225lbs ?
It would cutdown video time ...;)

I chose 135 because the range is going to be more vast. with 225 you'll see most guys hitting somewhere between 15-30 reps, with 135 it'll be anywhere from that to 75 reps or more. Everyone uses 225, I wanna see some pain and suffering with just 135!!! I hit 52 reps on incline with it not loo long ago, not sure about flat

Wow. 75 reps. Wow. I am way out of my league lol. I guess that's what happens when I try to hang with the big boys

The video I posted where I got 225x35 was when my max was 435. Well 2 months ago I got 495 ( 10 plates). Haven't maxed out since then cause I'm off cycle but I got 435x2 last week so I'm sure it's still close to my previous max. I seriously doubt I do this contest. I'm sure I would just get bored with 135 before I got tired. Lol

That's a hell of a bench. If you ever decide to do powerlifting you might be in state record territory depending on age and weight.

If I do this it'll be at the end of a normal workout, I doubt it'll make much difference with such a light weight anyway. I think max reps with 135 overhead press, 225 bench, 315 squat and 405 deadlift would be better. Plus max reps chin/pull ups and dips would be cool, too.

Nah I've already checked and I'm no where near the Record. I live in the biggest state on the map and there's some big boys here. Shit there's guys at my gym that bench more than me. I thought about powerlifting but it's just not for me. I plan on stepping on a stage this year.
