Lmfao I can't believe half of these replies. Gt me laughing on my ass high asf. We'll I decided def not to take roids yet. DNP still undecided should be here in 2 days or so. I've invested into the things in the picture below. I cleaned out my dads garage and I'll have a good 12x18ft area. In this investment I plan to build a base and start my journal on this site. This won't be the last you see of me.

Good choice on waiting out on roids man, if you diet and train right you will gain like crazy for the first 6 months or so
 
Once I get everything set up I'll send you a picture of mine. Hell yeah, fuck winter calisthenics I'd rather be in a warm garage. It just took a lot of motivation to clean out my dads garage it honestly looked like a hoarder had been there for a decade or 2. If everything goes right I might just stick around these forums. I hope you realize that dnp is the harshest drug that you can take. I don't even know why you would consider it. You'll probably die from it as small as you are. Do you know anything about it or what it is used for? Throw that shit away you don't need it.
It's the harshest drug? And you couldn't understand why anyone would take it? Well because it's only ever killed 69 people many through unintentional exposure, or consumption in too large doses, and consumption with other drugs out of many 10's of thousands users since the 1900's. It's use as a pesticide is only because it inhibits fungal growth god forbid sounds way less scary then rat poison. Its more common use is a highly effective weight loss compound which can kill with recorded deaths at the smallest dose range of 4mg per kg of body weight.

Who the fuk do you think you are. 3 weeks post op from major heart surgery at 39. So your goal is to not be ashamed of your physique so you can workout. You don't even know how to use the machines at a gym. You also look like you should be eating. A LOT. you say your a vegan but will eat meat this cycle. That tells me you also have no discipline. And don't get me started on DNP use at your age. At your size my 7 year old daughter could take you down. Have you seen a doctor? Obtained any blood work? I didn't think so. If you want to pack on alot of weight quickly than drink a gallon of whole milk every day in addition to your meals. Do a google search for "Stronglifts GoMad". GoMad stands for Gallon Of Milk A Day

You can gain 25 lbs on your very first month. Just look at me, I was as skinny as a skeleton and went from 128lbs to 148lbs in 5 weeks. And I wasnt even drinking the whole gallon often only 1/2 a gallon or 3/4 of a gallon. If you just add that one thing I promise you will put on at least 20 lbs your first month GUARANTEED. Just save the roids because not even roids are going to pack on as much mass on your frame at your age compared to just plain whole milk.

The reason that I dont think you understand how AAS work is that at age 17 you have one of the highest testosterone levels that you will ever have in your life. Im sure you beat off like 2 or 3 times a day, right? That proves your natural testosterone levels are thru the roof. Your problem is not low test, it is your nutrition. You simply are nbot getting enough calories in. Just adding the milk will add 2400 calories to your daily total. Drink protein shakes also with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in it and creamed coconut.

Take 3 olive oil shots in a shot glass per day and that is good for almost 1000 extra calories right there. Trust me brah, once you add 3000 calories extra to what you are eating currently your body will have no choice but to grow. Drink the milk, take creatine and do a good lifting program like Stronglifts 5x5.

No offense but if thats you in your avatar I wouldnt take any advice from you.

OP good decision on holding off on roids but you should join a gym. Its good to have equipment at your house, but you would be spending a lot and you still wouldnt get the variety a gym would offer you for $30 a month.

Giving someone advice about drinking a gallon of milk to gain weight is what made me wrote this. Have you ever tried this before? Because I have. I use to weigh 125, now I'm close to 250. I know a lot of tricks to gaining weight but I wouldnt recommend this, especially to a beginner.

ANd yes I would recommend it to a beginner more so than to a guy that weighs 180 trying to get to 200 in that case I would NOT recommend it. Its advice for guys 16 - 20 years old. Just because you are not familiar with the advice does not mean it is wrong.

Pick up some fairlife milk, another member recommended it to me and it has nearly double the protein and calcium as regular milk and is also lactose free.

If you do not up your caloric intake, you're basically going to be spinning wheels. Diet is as important if not more important as hitting the weights.

Op, once you have done enough research, you will come to the conclusion that this is a stupid idea.
Also any pct that comes in a bottle is not the answer.

Edit: your dnp idea sounds like a good one too. I mean at your height and weight you really need to lose some body fat.

I'm saying your advice is bad. I have tried drinking a gallon of milk a day. I have experience doing this. And if you just learn to eat, it will be much more beneficial. Since I started lifting 7 years ago I have gained over 100lbs. I know what I'm talking about. Dont believe everything you read until you try it.

Have you tried this before? What have you learned from it?

I learned that eating steak, chicken, rice, pasta, oatmeal, and eggs to gain weight is better than milk.

Saying to choose milk over roids is just silly to me.

And advice from someone who has exprienced it is much better than someone who has just read it. Obviously this doesnt work with Liquid Plumber. I'm not talking about Liquid Plumber. I'm talking about working out, diet, roids. This isnt a plumber forum
