Just a repost so op doesn't get lost in the banter here.

Yes this thread is comical at the least, but it does remind me of me at that age.

OP, I too was very skinny much skinnier than you in high school. Many say you don't look like you lift, but they are trying to motivate you with toughness.

You are making a right decision by not using roids and learning to get a base. What these guys are telling you, is what I wish I was told when I was younger about food and nutrition and although you might think you eat a lot you don't.

See, I lived my life thinking I ate enough but just couldn't grow, it wasn't until I started tracking my macros and calories that I realized, damn I don't eat enough.... here are some easy tips to get some added calories in that are easy.

1. Drink one liter of fair life milk. 1,000 calories and 100 grams of protein. ( bring this to school and just drink on this shit man)

2. Olive oil take a couple of tea spoons through the day.

3. Peanut butter- just take a couple of teaspoons through the day like medicine. ( make a habit of this)

4. Pasteurized egg whites. Put half a carton in a blender and one scoop of chocolate protein powder ( tastes like yahoo chocolate milk) this is 100 grams of protein easily.

If you need advice just pm me, last thing I want to see is you taking the misinformation about dnp as not being dangerous because it is. There really won't be a reason to gain a lot of fat with proper nutrition and you obviously have the fat burning part down with how fast you previously lost weight.

My closing statement; at 17 I too thought I would live forever and I never worried about consequences to my decisions and told myself I would cross that bridge if it came. Right now you might not want kids or to get married or any of that junk , but don't be brash, be reasonable and think long term because we only die once. Take care of the body and forget about all this advanced stuff for now, spends years getting educated in the field of the anatomy and how to recruit satellite cells to the muscles etc, once you build your base of not only the body, but build your base of knowledge is one ready for the next step.

Don't worry. I'm still here. Started 5x5 with what I had around 1 week before OP. Up to 149 already which is about 4lbs above my max weight in the past year. Since then I've also been eating so much fooooood, took the milk thing into account. Def not a whole gallon a day because holy shit that bloats me. I already do the live oil for chronic constipation twice a day, been eating 3 eggs a day consistently, and I hate read so the spoon full or butter is hell since I already dislike it. Also been downing a cup of rice a day, and atleast 4-8oz of some type of meat, all in all I've been putting in a calorie surplus, maybe even too much but I'm just like fuck it, I can always burn it off, I'm still young. I'll document progress but prob wont upload not much diff in definition but definitively in strength which I noticed about week 1-2 after OP. ALSO BUSHS BAKED BEANS HOLY shit they're awesome. I'll keep this post updated on progress. My squat rack, gymnastic bars, straight bar came in about three-four weeks ago. I barley ever work on legs prior to OP beside explosiveness from high jumps, since incorporating weighted squats and lunges I have noticed ALOT of leg stenght and have increased explosive jump height by 2 inches already up to 4 feet now, like I said I haven't noticed alot of defintion deference, however my legs are an exception, minimal but noticeable muscle definition in quads/hamys. To conclude this post on a good note after ready almost 2 pages of negative comments besides Roger I can just about flex my pecs, its a small twitch but I counting it. BP and flys def helping with that muscle memory.

Clearly ur not paying attention sincd u didn't noticd I said I wasnt going to cycle. Oh yeah it finally came in bout a week ago, so i always have it in the future if I do decide to.
 
Update time. So when I first got got into lifting which was a bit before this OP. I could barely bench 80 for 5 reps, of 1 set. Now I can do 100lbs for 3 sets, and on rep day I can do 7 reps of 80lbs for 3 sets. Noticing some more abdominal definition without flexing, and when flexed. What I'm enjoying is that I can significantly feel and see the progress, especially in biceps and legs. Although I never took pictures of my quads or legs in general was cause until last few months I've never even done a weighted squat let alone consistent squats. I have noticed the most progress in the back and quads. I don't squat anything more than 70lbs, or dead lift more than 80lbs as I want to master my form before going heavy. Started doing pull ups frequently (was usually only doing chin ups for 10 reps 2 sets) and could only do 5 perfect form. Also been incorporating many different types of push ups, and before I forget calve raises. Last but not least I've been spending alot of time at school, home, work, etc flexing my pecs alone to establish better muscle memory cause I want to be able to pec flex like the Rock lol. Aswell and daily stretches such as the middle splits which I started with about 85 degrees, now I can get about 100-110 degrees which has helped in height I can kick too. Ordered a new barbell as the one I have right now is only 5ft long which I think may contribute to such a low bench press number. All in all I'm enjoying life, school, work, my body etc and plan to keep pushing my self. If ur just tuning in I DECIDED NOT TO TAKE STEROIDS OR DNP. Im sure I'm missing somethings I meant to include feel free to ask questions.

I've never tried but I think I could lift more with my Dick. Not knocking you for working out just for using steroids when you can only bench 80.

Edit* my bad, I dint read the last of your post I just remember all the first crazy shit you was saying. Stay natty and get pointers from guys here just dont start the juice.
