Just for the record, I'm the one who wants to push all in. He has recommended every step prior, from doing light cardio prior to sleep, to berberine, to other things. The GH going to 10ius is my idea, not his... he wanted 6iu. Insulin is my idea, because I said I rather take that to ensure I get the best out of everything and also truly protect me from 10ius and all the carbs being ingested.I think your coach should publicly state his identity (not real world, just his forum identity) so that if he irreparably harms you with this insulin protocol given your current state he cannot simply slink away anonymously. You should demand accountability from him, accountability is not solely on the client. Frankly, I'd be skeptical of his being so hesitant to associate with you if he's actually hopeful for the results.

Eight days in on 50mg of Drol so far can see huge differences; it has already added over 10lbs on me.
5 units of Novilin R with meal one to help with the amount of carbs I'm eating (over 500 grams).
We experimented with the macros, but going super high protein was not only expensive, but also unsustainable... I was first easily downing meals, but then got harder. We are now settling at 4250 calories a day. We are going high carb, matching bodyweight per lb of protein, and 100 grams of fat per day.
10 ius of GH starts today; 5iu first in am with 25 mins cardio, then 5iu PWO.
Deca is still at 1gram per week, divided in two shots Monday and Thursday.
May increase to 1.5 grams when I brew more??? We'll see.

Biggest difference can bee seen in leg size, and some water retention around waste. Obviously, some loss of definition in arms as well.
