Mk677 has really taken my sleep hygiene back to normal. Need to try some melatonin and so on to get a little sleep stack going.
Feel like tren aggression just kicked in, never been so annoyed at these morons at work before. Honestly these people are so god dammed dumb I doubt it’s even the tren. Got spoken to by management about eating during office hours. Felt a lot better after hitting the gym for 2 hours on my lunch break and then eating during office hours. Gotta hit them macros :)

Added 10kg to quad extensions, depth to 150kg squats for reps, reps to rest paused leg press variations, 30kg to hamstring curls.
 
First off mb about being long winded. logging a bit more info since I want to figure out correct way to balance BJJ with weight training. Since no one is here it don’t really matter though :p

Sides:
extreme tendinitis while on the mats and not rolling or doing push/pull movements. I forgot I need to half the dose of mk677 or my tennis elbow is quite literally unbearable.

Cannot do 2 days of bjj in a row, if it overlaps with push day even if push doesn’t mentally feel tiring when it is the first in my split. Tendons need more time to recover since I go as heavy as I can every day.

Without mk677 sleep gets markedly worse.

The sleep quality with mk677 is definite pro, but again I’m unwilling to sacrifice joint health because I want to keep rolling and lifting at as much as I can on blast without sacrificing strength and growth gains.

Sweating profusely during exercise due to tren or passively in hot temps.

Cardio has taken a toll since doing body building, really notice it when rolling with guys who have competition experience in combat sport and stay active. Sometimes I feel like my cardio is really being pushed. Yesterday Rolling Put a headlock on the coach and squeezed so hard I was seeing stars, felt like I did a set of heavy deadlifts lmao or took a kick to the liver. Honestly that dude is a beast, I really tried my best to put him to sleep but got damn fella wouldn’t quit. Really happy to get that sort of competition going with folks that are game, really takes the monotony out of doing the same lifts. Idk if it’s only the tren or only training lifts for months since I was 70kg but fuck I gas out a lot quicker now.

This week so far I made very solid progress on leg day and push day. Adding up to 10kg on some movements. but I did pull after legs and my lifts were pretty stagnant after going crazy on squats.

Essentially whatever is first in the week (push or pell) and legs will make the most progress, but 3rd day i am too physically fatigued.

Was gonna rest today but i ended up joining some new friends to do some powerlifting training. Really hope to learn a lot, one of them can bench 190kg which I think is pretty nuts.

Wife pissed positive on pregnancy test. tbh I thought that blasting and cruising I wouldn’t need to use condoms since I wasn’t using much hcg but I was wrong... gonna go to the hospital tomorrow morning to run some follow up tests. This isn’t completely unplanned but she recently told me she wanted to have twins, and doctors here are very open to using hcg to induce that. I also just bought a bunch of HMG to get my fertility up. Guess that was a waste of money... guess it was also a waste of money to freeze sperm. Oh well.
 
Learned a lot about powerlifting form, was way off what I need to be doing on bench to push my 1rm up. Powerlifting folks really helped a lot with my bench press technique, how to use wrist wraps and so on. I’ll probably try some comps next winter, depending on how my numbers look after this blast and train more often with powerlifting bros. I’m the only guy under 100kg body weight of the lot lmao. Anyways really looking forward to training with some other like minded folks who enjoy lifting as opposed to alone.

Had a very busy last few days, after my wife and I found out about pregnancy due to doctors appointments and so on. so I’m taking another day off. I also want to make sure I recover and the 96kg sticks. Don’t want to spin wheels at 95kg by pushing too hard since I’ve added cardio and went heavy with powerlifting friends after several weeks of hitting PRs.

Sleep on rest day was very good. Might be overtraining which compounded sleep problems rather than just the tren, because I slept very well after a day of rest.

Been about another month since physique update, will start to do this regularly. Think i got a bit bigger since 93kg
Not really concerned w aesthetics just want to gain weight, get bigger and stronger.

Monday: Legs
Weight: 96.3kg
Dosing: test/npp/gh/adex

Added more food to diet. Last week was feeling weak, and I’m not feeling great today need more food to grow and feel less tired. CNS also fatigued, couldn’t hit bench 1RM, gonna eat more and add a little more rest this week. Should be back to 100% next week.

Still added 5kg more to my squat work today, and hamstring curls but I felt purely awful doing it. Honestly idk how I had the motivation to put 155kg on the bar and get sets in, warming up was already nasty. Straight up felt like hot trash but somehow stronger than ever.

If I still feel this fatigued next week after solid deload which I said I would do 2 weeks ago but didn’t, I’ll just assume it’s the blast making me tired and have to power through it. It’s fine to to feel physically tired and get in the gym anyways since I’m still pushing more weight and gaining weight.
How I feel is not what matters, it’s the results.

Added 5kg to spider/drag curls
Added 5kg to deficit deadlift+ barbell shrugs

Sides: crazy pumps, shit sleep, somehow still had great energy today didn’t feel like I was sleep deprived at all...

Used straps today. Was really awesome for my tendonitis. Those little fuckers are life savers. Not gripping as hard really made a night and day difference for my elbows and inflammation.

Feeling a lot better this week. Added weight to incline press x8, added reps to Bench press rest pause, working sets feeling lighter, need to increase bench weights. Hoping to push bench PR up again next month.

Fatigue was almost definitely from removing food from diet. Taking 30g carbs off of every meal makes a massive difference.

Sides: Libido hell, acne hell is (improving), angry probably in part due to libido being overly active

Today was great in the gym, hit 200kg/440lbs on the squads new 1rm, then work set 160kg/352 x8, got 300kgs/660lbs x10 working on the leg press. Other exercises also moved up slightly.
Really starting to blow up my squats since I moved them to the first day in the split. PRs every week.

Good back day, lifted with PL friends, went for a PR on deadlift and missed it due to form issues. Back was rounding out and I felt it was unsafe to continue. Then completed body building workout. I move the bar too far from my shins when i get the bar off the ground, and try to do too much work with my upper back. Need to work middle back to get stronger, use my lats more when I pull. Apparently my upper back is really strong for my weight and lower back is fine, just need to work on correctly engaging muscles+form.

Tbh I think if I didn’t abuse my lower back with legs yesterday I could get the PR but 1-2 weeks I’ll see 230kg go up so fuck it.

held on to 96kg this week, so I want to take a rest day, make sure my weight doesn’t go down. My last two work outs were pretty gnarly going for PRs and adding weight to working. I spent a lot of time w/ PL friends isolating the mid back, getting proper form for pulls from the mid back in order to blow my deadlift up. Was in the gym nearly 4 hours yesterday partially because they’re also getting ready for a comp in 2 weeks.

I’ve found that when I do this split whatever I have on the first day after rest is what will increase the most during the week. When I put Pull at the front I hit DL PRs every week, when i put squat at the front it’s a PR every week.

I think I will start to modulate what is after rest day example: 2 weeks start pull, next two weeks starting with legs, next two weeks starting Push.

Legs make fastest gains now... squat is only 25kg under deadlift PR. Also thinking about putting legs first each Three day split and blowing them up since my limbs Inordinately long and I can probably add some solid kgs slapping size on my legs.

Gym I usually go to closed down, so I’m at a new place... they don’t have enough plates for me to do leg press heavy or squat my top sets; or DDLs for 6-8. Will need to squat, DDL, at home and leg press for hypertrophy. Already leg pressing Rest pause at 15x13x11...
this new gym ain’t gonna cut it, but they’re letting me go for free... Maybe I’ll bring my own 25kg plates lol.

Felt like I was gonna throw up today, thankfully I didn’t eat before working out.
Did some paused pin squats today since I want to clean up my 200kg when I get into the hole, except for my top sets at 155kg on the smith. Smith is way harder on my lower back Than BB backsquats. Probably is gonna negatively impact DDL performance.
Maxed out hamstring machine, at this point I can only do 1 leg at a time on hamstring curls..

Without doing BJJ so frequently I gain weight pretty rapidly. I will take a break til Saturday, and try to get this 98kg to stick. once I’ve got 220lbs solid not falling off I’ll go more routinely, slow down on the last 5kg. Right now while blasting my primary objective is 100% to get to 105kg/230lbs, so I need to do what is best for gaining weight.

Sides: poor sleep, sleeping later waking up earlier (problems with AC unit), sweating a lot

Going to try to avoid running tren in summer again. The heat and humidity here makes it really uncomfortable, and this really compounds the insomnia problem.

Decided this will most likely be last blast for a while as well, so I’m gonna try to run with it as long as possible. With wife’s pregnancy I really want to be baseline emotionally, and get health markers as normal as possible when we’ve got to take care of the newborn. definitely will slow it down on the AAS use to minimise irritability/lethargy & spending on compounds.
 
Friday: Push

Weight: 96.7 I took an accutane and got some cardio in yesterday, also missed a meal... that shit dried me out... I think I have a solid way to go to 100kg without glycogen and water retention...

Workout:
push went fine today; a little stronger but could have done better if I didn’t miss a meal or take the accutane. Put 110kg on the barbell and got my working sets done with that. Really want a spotter or safeties to push my bench a bit more. Based on reps at 110 and 100kg, I should be able to get 140kg 1RM now.
Increased reps on seated DB press, tricep pushdown is a lot heavier now too. Incline press has improved pretty significantly as well.

Dosing: T/NPP/ADEX need to brew some more NPP I accidentally broke one vial and my lab was checked by local LE, who took some vials/samples for analysis to make sure all my stuff is lawful . (Hormones are legal here, so is homebrew, as well as other contents of lab, so it was all fine Definitely a funny story in retrospect)

Good leg workout, added 10kg to hack squats, doing 210kg/465lbs for 8. Wanted to do some paused squats at 180kg but the janitor mopped while I was resting and I don’t want to slip and hurt myself... oh well.
Did about 2 hours of cardio today running errands on my bicycle.

Never taking accutane again. For sure I can’t handle it, after 2 days my joints are fucked from one tablet. Going to throw out my 100 tabs...

- coach modified diet so I can get to the 100kg point. Will try to push for 220lbs in July, hopefully I can go over it. Carbs have been increased again, (additional bread, sweet potato, rice during breakfast) a bit of fat has been added as well to second Meal 5 option

Current diet (not including supplements)

Meal 1
150g cream of rice
2 pieces of toast -10g carbs each
100g raspberries or mixed berries
1 whole egg 6 whites + 1 scoop of whey ( add everything in cream of rice and mix) or when u dont have eggs just do 2 scoops of whey

Intra workout

Post workout shake
2 scoops of whey
Apple + banana or 50g dextrin

Meal 2 post workout meal
250g steak
150g white rice
200g pinneaple

Meal 3
250g chicken
350g cooked weight sweet potato
Handfull of spinach
50g beets

Meal 4
250g turkey or chicken
150g white rice
100g green beans or spinach


Meal 5
125 chicken+ 125g steak
350g white potato
Handfull of spinach
50g of beets

Or second option
100g cream of rice + 100g corn flakes

Sides: definitely getting some funny emotions recently. Ive been perceiving people I don’t know or dislike as having more retarded and absurd behavior than usual. Lots of derogatory/pejorative thoughts about people in general. Somehow tren aggression/irritability is not directed at friends/close people/wife but man do I get pissed off at randos quick for pretty small annoyances, if they rub me the wrong way.
