Good day in gym, hit top working deadlift set at 200kg/440lbs x7, think I could get more but the clip fell off and weight fell off the bar.

Gym I’m at right now is kind of trash. Might need to get Deadlifts done at home...

Gonna try to hit a new deadlift PR soon, bench as well. Right now I’m happy with squat, gonna keep only focusing on hypertrophy and not worry about testing 1RM now for that. Hopefully in the next 2-3 months I’ll hit 200kg for sets of 8 on the squat, but we will see. Might be overly optimistic.

Last few weeks I bumped my gh dose up, so this may be affecting weight gain (not gaining as much fat, recouping a bit harder). Scale has definitely been moving up slower after I initially bloated with 10iu/ED dose

had the absolute worst sleep like 5hrs, but still had a nice time in the gym. Got nice drop set from 110kg, then rest pause from 10 starting at 100kg and more drop sets after. Totally toasted after first compound but got good sets of

Close grip bench
Lateral raises
Hammer cable curls.
I’m starting to get very used to poor sleep. I expected I would be negatively affected mentally but I just have adapted to the insomnia so as of now it’s no biggie. On a positive it gives me time to spend with family because I do meal prep/ inj. late at night when folks & the pup are sleeping.

Looking back at the log it’s pretty nice to see I can do bench sets at the weight I was doing squat sets at the beginning and added 70kg to my working sets of squats since I’ve started. Seems like I made pretty nice progress in the last half year. if i keep going this way I might just decide to focus on body building or a strength sport and fully commit to a sport with a barbell. Having a great time so far, & learned a lot, it’s also really nice not to get injured as often as I did when I was kickboxing. Felt like I was juggling injuries all the time leading up to fights and then having to deal with some after, its really refreshing just to train without that all the time.
 
Wednesday: Legs

Sides: nipples were spicier than a jalapeño popper yesterday, I realised I didn’t take my adex, and instead accidentally ate half a fucking accutane like a retard. Again only got 4-5 hours of sleep.

Last night I hit 100kg body weight, really gonna push this month, make sure I’m 100% on diet, no cheating whatsoever (unless it’s extra food lol). So I’ll be maybe 110% on my diet since I’m an optimist. Let’s finish this July or early August.

Back squats again at 165kg (365lbs) for sets of 8. Gonna keep it here still try to get a lower squat. Leg press was good too, 6 plates, for rest pause sets wide, with less plates going up to 30 reps, then sets close all focused on ROM, quality reps. Was fatigued by leg extensions, couldn’t add weight this week. Did some stiff leg deadlifts as well, back is pumped to shit. Looking forward to trying a deadlift PR soon, and keeping back day first on the split. My squat almost caught up to my deadlift so I’ve gotta work on getting my DL up, it’s only 20kg higher than my squat lmao.

Sides: sleep has been pretty poor this week, acne hasn’t made any big improvements. I guess the meds right now are just keeping it from getting much worse since I don’t want to use accutane.

acne has to be the worst side effect, and the only one I really have to make an effort to tolerate. At least I don’t lose any hair lol.

Cardio is probably taking a little hit. can’t quite tell if it’s the tren or that I weigh around 50lbs more than before lol...

Hit PR deadlift today of 233kg/513lbs. Happy with the two milestones this week of getting to 100kg body weight at night, and this deadlift.

Very motivated to push hard the rest of this blast. I was losing a bit of steam, but this is just what I needed, I’m definitely going the right way.

I’m pretty certain within the first year of bodybuilding I will be able to pull 250kg/550lbs. Getting to 105kg is still the plan, but as I get deeper into this blast, idk if I will be able to get there and still stay reasonably lean. Nice back workout today.

Finally shoulder tendonitis cleared up, joints are really feeling good with NPP now. I no longer need elbow sleeves either. Things are really going my way this week. I added accutane at lower dose more frequently, back in to nuke this fucking acne. I’ve just about had it with that shit. Want to enjoy swimming in the summer and not visually offend folks with my back acne lol.

Shoulder press made solid progress today. Getting sets in at 75kg/165lbs x10. Bench and incline still going up, across several sets. Muscular endurance is increasing. Pec flies today got to 125kg/275lbs x10s

Went to pool party today, got a lot of comments/questions about training/diet. Somehow drunk people manage to change every convo into that sort of stuff. Started at assassination of Shinzo Abe & ended with if I’m a personal trainer and where to go tanning. Im not even tan tf and know nothing about that. Am I really gonna have to deal w/ this any time I want to socialise now. Even had to stop a drunk fella trying to lift up my shirt... probably the last time I wear a tank top around drunk people. I don’t even think my physique merits this kind of stuff but w.e. Just a bit surprised

good leg day. Added another 10kg to hack squats, sets at 210kg/462lbs, 5kgs on leg extension and other exercises. Think I can go up more next time Except leg extensions. Legs starting to grow out a lot more. Gonna need new pants again soon.
Diet going really well. Changed a couple meals from rice to high fiber oatmeal since I digest it a lot better and it leads to more regular bowels instead of tren rabbit shits.

Since tendonitis and joint health got much better, I will add mk677 back in due to sleep quality benefits.

Joints are feeling the best they have in a while, if they are a little inflamed but sleep gets better then it will be worth it.

If I can get the sleep quality to improve tren will be easily tolerable and probably my favorite compound so far due to strength gains/lack of nasty sides and acceptable blood pressure.

Somehow I felt way worse using anavar than tren, legitimately physically ill. I really don’t feel any lethargy or run down like folks say tren causes, even with the negative effects on sleep.

Woke up fasted over 100kg! 105 is the next step no fucking problem.
This diet is going really well.
I stalled out a bit before, but upping the carbs and a couple tweaks to foods that I digest better was just what I needed.
It’s been a good year of grinding it out every day with the food and the lifting going from 70kg natural to 100kg.

Hit bench PR for 142kg/313lbs before work sets at 110kg. Feels good hitting these PR for 1rm despite training for size in high rep range.

got to squats at 170kg/375lbs x8, going to continue to work up to 180kg/400lbs and then work on improving ROM. Really insane back pump today I’ve never felt my back muscles get as tensed w/ so much pressure against the belt as I did on the last rep today.

Damn, you’re right. Thanks for pointing it out, I’ve been a bit of a scatter brain recently (probably due to the tren demolishing my sleep) and thought I was 3 months in already... didn’t notice it was 2. I guess I’m ahead of schedule. Anyways, glad you’re enjoying the log!

100 is staying on easier than I expected this week. Got massage yesterday, and today. Hopefully this will help with crazy lower back pumps.
Talked with coach about trying to build a classic physique, going to my my overall goal weight from 112kg (245) to around 118 (260lbs)

Really enjoy this sport’s training style/ lifestyle and ability to go train whenever it is convenient in my schedule.
One thing I will definitely change though is that I will make the move to longer esters. I feel like I’ve got a better understanding of how I react to test, DHTs, and 19nors, and since I don’t get sides besides pretty bad acne I’m not apprehensive about longer esters anymore.

today some gym friends let me know there will be an untested powerlifting competition in December coming to this city and asked if I’ll give it a try. (There are not many in this country). I’m not sure which weight class i want to try.

Gonna sign up for it for fun. The PL friends are gonna help me improve my technique, and learn the rules for the commands at the meet.

Asking my bodybuilding coach about switching up my programming a bit to focus a bit more on strength for the squat, bench, deadlift. Might also see about changing diet to get to 105kg more slowly since I gained the first 10kg pretty quickly, maybe get there with better conditioning, less body fat since I need to worry about weight classes.

Worked on going heavier with deadlifts before my workout, 220kg moved really easy so I tried for 240kg but failed. Probably gonna take a few more weeks before that will go up. Practiced slack pulls at 240kg to get used to the deadlift bars that will be used in comp. as well as rows, reverse rows, pulldowns, bicep variations. I am toasted today.

Program will be changing this week. Going to focus on 1. Strength 2. Size

Will be competing in December in 100-110kg weight class which is the lightest of my friends who will compete lol. The smallest big boy

Fine push day, benched a couple singles up to 130kgs, before working sets at 100kg x10 in PL gym. Shoulders are absolutely wrecked today. I’ve been pushing it pretty hard this week with the heavy singles before working sets and I’m definitely fatigued.

Work has been cancelled due to Covid but many gyms are still open. Praise the lord. God is great, let nobody fall ill but let our workplaces be shut so we may eat, lift, grind, and so on... not having to do reasonably active work or overtime is gonna be very nice for recovery and being 100% on the diet is gonna be cakewalk.

I have two options 1.deload with home gym, 2.end blast early.

If I end the blast now, I’ve gained 10+kg about 2 months and I am happy with that, can get bloodwork back to normal and blast later. Not really a big deal considering my initial goal of 100kg

I have enough weight for SBD and some accessories, and pulley/pulldown machine and could just deload but I also don’t know how long the gyms will be closed.
 
Do they do 2 week "circuit breakers" anymore? Or like actually a full gyms, bars etc closed until the spike is down.

Covid killed my first cycle and I just dropped it. Continued conditioning at home and kept the calories at a modest surplus. They were closed for quite awhile though.

It’s essentially like a circuit breaker on crack, when the cases go above 10 or so, they fully close the schools, bars, gyms etc until it goes back to 0 and make people do mandatory Covid tests several days in a row.

That’s too bad about your first cycle, how long was everything shut down for?
