1st cycle, out of shape, high bodyfat

Wow just wow...since I been in this thread last the progress you made VG has been nothing short of astounding. You have shown that a properly structured cycle with a solid training/diet plan along with a big dose of motivation DOES work for those who might be on the heavy side. Keep on truckin' so maybe you could be really peeled by next year to even walk on stage if you want.

Just my opinion and not to endorse something like this.

That's incredible bro I'm around 31 years old as well and about 317 I've been working out for the past month and a half trying to get my weight down by doing cardio for 30 minutes and working out right after 5 days a week. This is very motivational. I do have a couple questions for you though you said that you blew out your knee so what kind of cardio do you do. If you are on the treadmill do you just walk or do your job. Also when you started your first cycle of test did you also do B12 and what was the weight loss supplement that you took did that work a lot. And where did you get the weight loss supplement. was it pharmacom.
Cardio is on a treadmill, bike, or stepper. I don't touch elipticals, they are the only ones that hurt my knees and feet.

I did use b12 for a while. Noticed increased energy at first. Then probably adapted so didn't notice it much.

I tried sibutramine from pharmacom, didn't do much of anything for me. I'll stick to ephedra / T3 / Clen for energy / metabolism boosts.... aside from that if diet and training aren't on point then none of it will be of benefit, you'll be flushing your money and time away for nothing.

For some reason I couldn't log on for a couple weeks. Not sure why.

But update, vacation was great, put on about 30lbs from eating deliciously, and now coach needs to take it all off again. Should be leaned back out by New years, as most of the weight is water weight.
