1st Cycle. Test/HGH/Primo +possible var? Then return to TRT. 16-20 week cycle

No, no MRI. I was under the impression from researching it some that an MRI does not diagnose a partial tear in that area very well.

Basically I thought they had to cut and go in to find out . . .

So I just rested, then started really, really light, and no more bar bell pressing. No more heavy machine pressing, either. Limit myself to 100 pound dumb bells and cable and pec deck work.

I discovered (the second time) that even working higher reps does not save me on the pressing movements - if it's heavy enough for 12 rep sets, I can still injure it.

Do you know anything different about MRI of that area?

No, I would probably defer to a sports orthopedic surgeon.

The libido didnt hold. it fucking sucks. The gains still went well on Primo, but I decided to abandon it. I replaced it with Masteron. now I have 8 vials of unopened primo. I will try to resell it to friends.

I wish it would have worked for me, but I will stick with masteron until I go back to TRT and figure something else out for next cycle

I had a friend who did this stuff with his wife. He did not talk to me about it much because I am on the extreme opposite side of this - I don't even pretend to understand it. But he was a close friend, and, like you said, he and his wife were not hurting anyone, so I just kept my mouth shut about it. Anyway, she cheated - carried on a rather long affair when away on business, secretly. He was pretty devastated when he found out about it (which I also did not understand).

Anyway, they divorced.

So the "at least we don't have to worry about cheating" statement does not seem be universally true just because there is some open infidelity as well.
 
I know I will get heat for running multiple substances but I am ok with my decision. I am open for input and whats done and initated. I will keep this as a log to see how my body reacts, responds, any mood swings. My wife is in full support of this and knows I am doing my research to minimize damage to my body and enhance my relationship with my wife. I feel that I am able to pinpoint my symptoms so far with lab work as well. The only negative one I have been experiencing was the loss of libido which is now fixed. I do have mild Acne, mild mood swings, and stretch marks are noticed. Maybe I am justifying my stupdity, but atleast I am going to have frequent monitoring to make sure I am not minimizing my stupidty.

Cycle 1 goal: Full recomp for my first cycle. I do understand it’s a little hard to do, but I want this to be my learning cycle. The 2nd one will be more dialed in for my goal. It will definitely be a bulking cycle.


Diet is 3500 calories a day. 200g+protein a day. rest will be broken up among carbs and fats.

Stats at beginning of re-entering the weight room. Was Confirmed by Dexa Scan

Pre blast 208 lbs 18% BF. Visceral fat dropped by 40% from TRT and my liver enzymes heavily improved.

I have a high baseline PLT and hoping it will stabilize. this is secondary to testosterone usage.


My History/thoughts
I stopped lifting because it stopped being fun for me due to my injuries and inability to break PRs until I started TRT.
The cycle I am running isn’t a huge financial concern for me and if I spend 200 a month for substances that are considered extremely safe, I am ok with it.

So I am ok with the cost of this cycle. Alot of people will be against it as I am purchasing some of the more expensive substances with a little lower return vs many things out there. I have figured that I will drop more money for “safer” of the products. While I do understand that AAS does have its risk vs reward, I think that this fits my goals the best. My wife is very supportive of all of this. We are both Healthcare workers.


Original plan/changes
I was originally going to run 300T/300P and 20mg of Var. I am actually a very low aromatizer which kind of was a surprise as I am not super lean. It has been affecting my libido and had to make some Changes. It has been improving since I have been making changes.


I was originally running a TRT dose and decided to start the cycle for 12-16 weeks but may prolong it to go longer, I will go back to a TRT dosage when it is complete



December 8th was the start of the blast at 300mg of test/300 primo+HGH.
I have been getting consistent blood work, and realized my SHBG tanked to 7(From 22)and my e2 dropped to 22(from 39).

I have experienced things such as lowered libido. My bodyfat runs around 18% and is dropping still at this time. I decided to increase my testosterone to 500mg and then to 600mg. I will re-evalaute my labs on January 10th. I will be supplementing ethinylestradiol everyday up until the 10th to evaluate my blood work and see how it recovered my estrogen. Also ordered 2mg of estradiol valerate.


I did have mild CTS from the HGH which has resolved on its own in a few days.


My gains in the gym have been improving with bursts, probably also a lot of water at the start.. No hints of gyno , some mood swings. I am tolerating everything very well. Currently at 3iu of HGH split among the day. I have noticed some swelling in my joints/hands that can be triggered by alcohol, even by 1 drink. Kind of scared me the first day, but I have cut my alcohol by probably 80% from deciding to have a lifestyle change back to where I once was.

my e2 is 142. (Assuming test is 2700) I am still awaiting the rest of the stuff to start resulting.
 
So from October to now you've added 14 pounds overall and subtracted 10 pounds of fat at the same time.
I mean, I am assuming that is good? I do not know how much of it is just bloating from hgh etc. Overall I am pretty happy with the changes. I wish my traps stayed smaller but I dont have much of a neck at baseline.

Do you think it could have been better?(srs)
 
I'd be happy with that sort of change in body composition. It should have made a significant visual difference in your physique.

It did. I still feel like the smaller guy in my gym(it's a bodybuilder gym).


I am only half way through the cycle. I would be happy to gain another 6 lbs by the end of it.

As for feeling smaller, because you are in a more serious gym environment, try to lay that aside. Shoot for your goals. If you want to be leaner, get leaner and forget about size until you get lean.

Being very lean will help you grow and the steroids will work better. I promise.

Feeling "small" or fearing "losing my gains" as been the unhappy downfall of more than one bodybuilder. I have watched guys keep placing low, talked to them about their diet and conditioning, and that "I fear losing my hard earned muscle" thing is like the most popular excuse.

Get lean. Enjoy summer with single digit body fat percentage (you have plenty of time now to get there).

Then start a bulk off right, from a lean state (and I don't mean 11-12%).

Don't let your psychology get the best of you. Decide what you are going to do, and do it, without fear.

Keeping protein high, with intense training, and steroids means you will not lose your muscle. You will lose fat. If you can overcome that fear in your head ("I'm getting small!") you will be so much happier with your look 2-3 years from now.

Most guys never cut, at least not a real cut. They think if they can see their abs, that they are lean enough. Mostly they just cut water and glycogen, then turn around and add back the water and glycogen. So most never realize the benefits to their physique that happen when the body is in a very lean state once a year or so.

Being small doesn't bother me to be honest. I would be one of the bigger guys at a gym typically. It provides me more motivation. I picked that gym for a reason. It's a non bullshit friendly gym. People chat in the "chatting area". Not at the weight area.


In regards to abs etc, I do appreciate the glycogen. I love the look it has on muscles.

I think the leanness will come overtime. I am not too worried. It's already slowly recomping itself without it being intentional. I can also cut when I'm on TRT level. I plan to drop it to a trt dosage at the beginning of April.

One comment only. I would cut on a cycle dosage instead of TRT. Hormones are one of three things that tell your body to retain muscle while "starving." The other two are intense training and high protein.

Just my opinion, of course.
